土地供应政策与房地产市场关系分析

【摘要】:近年来,由于我国人民群众对于房地产的刚性需求,以及相关投资商对于房地产的大力投资,房地产市场发展十分火爆。为了保证经济持续并且稳定的发展,国家开始采取一系列措施对房地产市场进行宏观调控,但是效果并不明显。因此,更需要从土地供应的角度来针对房地产市场进行宏观调控,理清各种形式的土地供应政策会对房地产市场产生的影响,最终以适当的土地政策保障房地产行业的长久稳定发展。
[Abstract]:In recent years, due to the rigid demand of the people for real estate, and the investment of the investors, the real estate market is very popular. In order to ensure the sustained and stable development of the economy, the state began to take a series of measures to macro-control the real estate market, but the effect is not obvious. Therefore, it is even more necessary to control the real estate market macroscopically from the point of view of land supply, so as to clarify the impact of various forms of land supply policies on the real estate market. Finally, the proper land policy to ensure the long-term and stable development of the real estate industry.
