加快住宅产业化进程

【摘要】：正9月14日召开的国务院常务会议决定,以京津冀、长三角、珠三角城市群和常住人口超过300万的其他城市为重点,加快提高装配式建筑占新建建筑面积的比例,推动产业结构调整升级。在今年2月21日,《中共中央、国务院关于进一步加强城市规划建设管理工作的若干意见》印发,提出要力争用10年左右的时间,使装配式建筑占新建建筑的比例达到30%。
[Abstract]:The executive meeting of the State Council, which was held on September 14, decided to speed up the increase in the proportion of prefabricated buildings in newly built buildings, focusing on the cities of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, the Yangtze River Delta, the Pearl River Delta and other cities with a permanent population of more than 3 million. Promote industrial restructuring and upgrading. On February 21 this year, the opinions of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on further strengthening the management of urban planning and construction were published and published, and it was proposed that it should take about 10 years to make the proportion of prefabricated buildings to the newly built buildings reach 30%.
