LJ银行贷款产品定价管理体系优化研究

【摘要】:贷款产品定价是商业银行应对内外部经营环境的必然要求。贷款产品定价是伴随着利率市场化、金融脱媒和同业竞争加剧而出现的一种先进的管理工具,且发挥着日益重要的作用。与一些大型股份制商业银行相比,LJ银行的贷款产品定价尚处于不断摸索、不断总结经验的起步阶段,通过对国内外文献的查阅,掌握贷款产品定价的发展阶段及不同发展阶段使用的定价模型,影响因素等。结合LJ银行现状,对比现行使用的贷款产品定价模型处于哪个发展阶段,存在哪些不足之处。通过对相关金融机构调研分析,研究其他地方制股份制商业银行贷款产品定价体系建设的构思,构建新的贷款产品定价模型各管理方式。通过与同行业专业人员沟通,了解其贷款产品定价管理职责分工、业务处理流程是否完善,配套设施建设是否满足管理需要等。通过权重法计算风险加权成本重要组成因素之一的信用风险成本,具体权重值根据巴塞尔协议中明确的各项指标数据。通过初级法计算风险成本中多种抵质押品的违约损失率,分别以金融质押品、商用及居住用房地产、其他抵质押品等的计算方式。制定出全成本核算的贷款产品定价模型,实现对资金成本、运营成本、风险成本、资本成本的核算。贷款产品定价管理还需对制度体系的建设,以制度指导业务发展。明晰各部门、各岗位人员职责,设定牵头部门负责以协调各业务部门间工作,达到相互配合提高工作效率的目的。梳理业务流程,将能简化的流程简化,提高业务处理效率。同时,人员体系需逐步完善,并强化业务人员内外部培训。将贷款产品定价作为绩效考核依据之一,与个人收益挂钩,使贷款产品定价更具执行力。本文的探讨和研究,为贷款产品定价管理在全行推广,价格的合理性、各项功能的发挥,对业务的引导和支持等,进而提升全行整体经营管理水平,起到了至关重要的作用。
[Abstract]:The pricing of loan products is an inevitable requirement for commercial banks to deal with the internal and external operating environment. The pricing of loan products is an advanced management tool with the interest rate marketization, financial disintermediation and industry competition intensified, and plays an increasingly important role. Compared with some large joint-stock commercial banks, the pricing of loan products of LJ Bank is still in the initial stage of summing up its experience. Master the pricing models and influencing factors of loan product pricing. According to the current situation of LJ Bank, this paper compares the current pricing model of loan products in which stage of development and what shortcomings. Through the investigation and analysis of relevant financial institutions, this paper studies the conception of the construction of loan product pricing system in other local joint-stock commercial banks, and constructs the new loan product pricing model. Through communication with the same industry professionals to understand its loan product pricing management responsibilities division of labor, business processing process is perfect, supporting facilities to meet the needs of management, etc. The credit risk cost, which is one of the important components of the risk weighting cost, is calculated by the weight method, and the specific weight value is based on the specific index data in the Basel Accord. The default loss rate of many kinds of hypothecation in the risk cost is calculated by primary method, which is calculated by financial pledge, commercial and residential real estate, other hypothecation, etc. The pricing model of loan products with full cost accounting is established to realize the accounting of capital cost, operation cost, risk cost and capital cost. Pricing management of loan products also needs the construction of institutional system to guide the development of business. Clarify the responsibilities of each department and position, set up the lead department to coordinate the work between the business departments, and achieve the goal of improving the efficiency of each other. Comb business process, will be able to simplify the process simplification, improve the efficiency of business processing. At the same time, the personnel system needs to be gradually improved, and strengthen the internal and external training of business personnel. The pricing of loan products is regarded as one of the basis of performance appraisal, which is linked with personal income to make the pricing of loan products more effective. The discussion and research of this paper play an important role in promoting the pricing management of loan products in the whole bank, the rationality of price, the exertion of various functions, the guidance and support of the business, and the promotion of the whole management level of the whole bank.
