关于投贷联动的实施效应与政策建议

【摘要】：在供给侧结构性改革引领中国经济新常态主题下,银行业金融机构通过投贷联动、债券市场、资产管理、信托计划等创新型融资方式支持债权与股权相结合,是贯彻落实创新驱动发展战略的重要方式。本文以荆州地区投贷联动业务的发展情况为切入点,重点对投贷联动业务的模式和特点进行研究,针对业务发展的疑点与难点,按照供给侧结构性改革的整体思路提供相关政策建议。
[Abstract]:Under the theme of supply-side structural reform leading to the new normal of China's economy, banking financial institutions support the combination of creditor's rights and equity through innovative financing methods, such as investment and loan linkage, bond market, asset management, trust plan, and so on. It is an important way to carry out the strategy of innovation-driven development. Based on the development of investment and loan linkage business in Jingzhou area, this paper focuses on the mode and characteristics of investment and loan linkage business, aiming at the doubts and difficulties of business development. Provide relevant policy recommendations according to the overall thinking of supply-side structural reform.
