【摘要】:大型企业,特别是大型IT企业常通过组建大小不一、结构复杂的团队来完成各个项目或任务。随着企业规模的增长,企业内的团队组建需要从原先的基于管理人员经验或团队自发构成的方法转变为更为科学、合理的方法。这对于企业保持高效运行、节约项目成本、充分利用人力资源、保持项目质量至关重要。在互联网时代,大型软件外包企业面临全新的、快速迭代的业务需求,一成不变的团队无法发挥其固有的优势。因此探索新的项目人员配置方法,进行企业项目团队组建,具有巨大的商业价值。随着企业内部信息化的发展,大型企业内的管理软件每天产生的大量活动记录,能够反映成员真实的状态与成员间的联系,并构成成员间的企业社交网络。同时,项目分配记录能够重现项目的真实需求与实际的团队构成。这些条件为企业项目团队组建的研究提供了可能性。本文在充分调研一个大型IT服务企业的企业社交网络资源和团队组建需求的基础上,系统研究了真实应用环境中团队组建的度量要求和方法,主要贡献如下:1.形式化地定义了企业项目团队组建问题,并提出了一种准确反映团队成员沟通代价的新的度量指标。论文调研了一个大型软件技术外包服务企业内真实的项目团队组建需求,定义了企业社交网络、树形团队配置和基于企业社交网络的树形团队组建问题。论文提出的新的团队沟通距离,即局部沟通距离,能够准确反映团队成员沟通代价,对团队组建效果进行度量。2.提出了多种团队组建算法和交互式团队组建策略。提出了两种启发式算法,即自顶向下的团队组建算法和自底向上的团队组建算法,解决了树形团队组建问题。对算法复杂度、子团队模式以及团队组建的交互需求进行分析,设计了基于索引的算法和交互式策略,使得团队组建过程快速、可交互。3.在一个真实的企业社交网络上进行了充分的实验,验证了所提方法的有效性和高效性。基于企业提供的数据集,包含超过7万项目和15万员工,进行大规模实验。对大量真实项目团队进行分析,验证了局部沟通距离是评价团队组建效果的合适度量。进行模拟真实项目的团队组建实验,通过对比实验验证了本文所提的算法在效果和性能上超越了传统算法。4.设计并实现了可用的企业项目团队组建系统。论文基于前述理论和实验,设计并开发了企业项目团队组建系统,TeamGen。目前该系统已在企业中为超过15万员工提供服务,功能包括企业社交网络浏览和团队组建。综上所述,本文基于真实企业项目数据,从实际需求出发,对企业项目团队组建问题展开了研究。形式化地定义了基于企业社交网络下的团队组建问题,提出三种团队组建算法和交互式策略,并在真实企业项目数据上进行了充分的实验,验证了方法的有效性和高性能。作为研究成果之一的企业项目团队组建系统TeamGen已在为大型企业提供服务。
