J公司移动CRM系统优化研究

【摘要】:当前市场竞争越发激烈,企业不断寻求各种方式、方法、工具来提高自身的管理。企业信息化建设是常见的方式之一。通过系统实现相应的管理目标。快消品更是如此,为使得在激烈的市场竞争中处于不败之地,为了更好的更主动的把握一线市场情况,越来越多的企业选择使用信息系统来提升自己管理效率。本文以J公司实施移动CRM系统为背景,结合J公司通过系统实现对人员考勤、客户基本信息、客户日常拜访、客户订单及费用、阶段性重点工作的管理,对其系统实施过程中遇到的问题,通过问卷调查、走访、访谈、观察等多种方式进行研究分析,找到问题的原因,并提出相关优化解决方案。具体的方案涉及系统实施推广架构、系统分阶段考核方案、软件功能、数据分析体系建立、查核体系建立等。同时针对各优化解决方案在J公司应用的效果进行说明。通过系统的应用,J公司实现了对全国客户基础资料的管理,对全国一线业务人员考勤及其客户拜访行为进行管理。主管人员通过系统查看下属人员的业绩达成情况,客户拜访情况,便于一线决策人员了解负责市场的真实情况,并制定相关决策。通过系统建立数据分析体系,减少相关人员的手工汇总及加工,提高工作效率。本文的研究以实际为出发点,对于想利用系统进行相关管理的快消行业企业有较大学习价值,同时对处于摸索、初级阶段的其他行业企业同样具有参考价值。
