兖矿集团JJT煤矿项目人力资源管理问题研究

【摘要】:项目人力资源管理是项目管理的重要内容,而对煤矿项目来说,人力资源管理同样非常重要。在扁平的世界中,全球化的项目和工作的分段性会导致商业需求,它们能够在项目人力资源管理解决方案中得到满足。项目人力资源管理有助于设计和检查流程本身,使得项目和服务交付的财务影响实时可视化。本文通过对国内外项目人力资源管理研究,利用项目人力资源管理的相关理论,结合作者本人多年管理实践经验,对兖矿集团JJT煤矿项目管理中的人力资源管理状况进行细致深入的研究。运用问卷调查法和因子分析法对JJT项目人力资源管理现状、存在的问题及解决对策进行了分析。首先,利用问卷调查法,结合项目概况,对项目人力资源情况及员工对项目人力资源管理的满意度进行了调查分析,得出了项目员工的年龄结构、学历结构和职称结构。其次,对项目人力资源管理现状进行了因子分析,得出项目人力资源管理现状调查因素主要由五个因子构成,即员工对项目人力资源管理中的这五个因子比较认可,即员工发展(20.79%)、岗位设置(15.59%),薪酬福利(16.6%),组织结构(15.32%)和绩效管理(10.77%)。也就是说项目员工对项目组织结构和岗位设置尤其认可。说明该项目员工比较认可项目现有的个人发展和岗位设置,但是对项目人力资源管理中的组织结构和绩效管理没有非常认可。最后,结合JJT煤矿项目人力资源管理中存在的问题,分析了其问题产生的原因,并从人力资源管理、绩效评价及激励措施三个方面提出了相应的对策建议。
[Abstract]:Project human resource management is an important part of project management, and for coal mine projects, human resource management is also very important. In a flat world, the segmented nature of global projects and jobs leads to business needs. They can be met in the project human resources management solution. Project human resources management helps design and examine the process itself, The financial impact of project and service delivery can be visualized in real time. Based on the research of project human resource management at home and abroad and the relevant theories of project human resource management, the author has many years of practical experience in management. This paper makes a detailed and in-depth study on the human resource management in the JJT coal mine project management of Yanzhou Mining Group. The present situation, existing problems and solutions of the JJT project human resource management are analyzed by means of questionnaire survey and factor analysis. By using the method of questionnaire, combined with the general situation of the project, this paper investigates and analyzes the human resource situation of the project and the satisfaction degree of the employee to the human resource management of the project, and obtains the age structure, the educational background structure and the professional title structure of the project staff. Secondly, This paper analyzes the present situation of project human resource management, and draws the conclusion that the investigation factors of project human resource management are mainly composed of five factors, that is, the employees approve these five factors in the project human resource management. That is, employee development is 20.79m, post setup is 15.590.16. 6% of salary and welfare, organizational structure is 15.32) and performance management is 10.7777. That is to say, the project employee is particularly recognized for the project organization structure and post setup. It shows that the project staff are more approbable to the existing individuals of the project. Development and job creation, However, the organizational structure and performance management of the project human resources management are not very recognized. Finally, combined with the problems existing in the human resources management of JJT coal mine project, the causes of the problems are analyzed, and from the human resources management, The corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward in three aspects of performance evaluation and incentive measures.
