【摘要】:文章首先分析NUC公司目前的经营状况,提出该公司目前面临的问题需要通过建立有效的学习型组织来帮助企业快速成长。在建立学习型组织时,涉及的相关知识包括管理知识、学习型组织理论等知识。在介绍完管理知识、学习型组织理论等知识的基本内容后,构建了该公司学习型组织的整体构架,同时制定了相应策略,以此保证整个学习型组织能够可靠稳定的运行。文章在上述内容的基础之上总结出了以下几点内容:首先,该企业当前的发展状况,决定了其需要不断的学习与进步,否则就有可能会被社会淘汰。在分析该企业当前的发展情况时,主要介绍了目前摆在该企业面前的发展机会及存在的危机,提出该公司创建学习型组织势在必行。其次,确定了需要在该公司创建学习型组织后,构建了该公司学习型组织的整体构架。为了顺利开展学习型组织的创建工作,首先需要制定工作目标,然后制定相关学习体制、构建学习环境、并借助现代化信息技术工具,全面保证学习型组织的创建工作能顺利推进。最后,文章结合该公司未来的发展目标及当前实际情况,介绍了该公司创建学习型组织的实施方案及具体的操作方式,以期能帮助企业快速成长,同时也能为其他公司的发展提供帮助。综上,本文借鉴国内外诸多研究学习型组织的经验理论,以及考虑自身的实际与特点把研发团队打造成学习型组织,以不断激发创新行为,提升了整个NUC公司的薪酬管理制度,有效的体现出当前的管理效果。
[Abstract]:This paper first analyzes the current operating situation of NUC Company, and points out that the problems faced by NUC Company need to help enterprises grow rapidly by establishing effective learning organization. The relevant knowledge involved in the establishment of learning organization includes management knowledge. After introducing the basic contents of management knowledge, learning organization theory and other knowledge, this paper constructs the whole framework of the learning organization of the company, and formulates the corresponding strategy. In order to ensure that the whole learning organization can run reliably and stably. This paper summarizes the following points on the basis of the above contents: first, the current development of the enterprise determines its need for continuous learning and progress. Otherwise, it may be eliminated by the society. In analyzing the current development situation of the enterprise, this paper mainly introduces the development opportunity and crisis in front of the enterprise, and points out that it is imperative for the company to establish a learning organization. After the establishment of the learning organization in the company, the overall framework of the learning organization is constructed. In order to carry out the establishment of the learning organization smoothly, first of all, we need to work out the goal of the work, and then we need to formulate the relevant learning system. Building a learning environment and making use of modern information technology tools to ensure that the establishment of a learning organization can proceed smoothly. Finally, the article combines the company's future development goals and current actual situation. This paper introduces the implementation plan and concrete operation mode of establishing learning organization in this company, in order to help the enterprise to grow rapidly, and to provide help for the development of other companies at the same time. This article draws lessons from many domestic and foreign research experience theories of the learning organization, and considers own reality and the characteristic to build the research and development team into the study type organization, in order to incessantly excite the innovation behavior, has promoted the entire NUC company's salary management system. Effectively reflect the current management effect.
