一汽轿车股份有限公司发展战略规划研究

【摘要】:在经济腾飞,社会快速发展的现在,人们的需求不断升级,变得越来越富有个性,随之带来的就是企业之间为了获取更大的用户群体而导致竞争不断加剧。在这种背景下,战略管理对于企业的作用日趋重要,它是一种企业的决策管理方式,目的是让企业明确自身的发展目标,并依据这个目标制定对应的计划和部署。通过行之有效的战略管理可以更好的指导企业的经营发展,增强企业的竞争力。各行各业所处的外部环境与自身情况均有差异,所采取的战略也就不尽相同,战略管理就是针对各自内外部环境特性进行分析,预测其对企业发展的影响,进而选择符合企业自身发展特点的企业战略,并采取具体行动计划来支撑战略目标的实施。“十三五”时期,我国经济持续面临下行压力,乘用车市场增速放缓,市场竞争加剧,合资企业产品的价格下探,都在不断挤压自主汽车企业的生存空间,同时由于我国汽车工业起步较晚,在研发、生产、制造等方面都落后于国际先进企业,使得我国自主汽车企业生存空间进一步恶化。但国家的有关战略,技术未来的发展趋势等因素又为自主汽车企业的后续发展提供了良好的契机。在这种背景下,一汽轿车股份有限公司作为我国起步较早的自主汽车企业,需要明确企业的发展战略方向,并制定具有针对性的实施策略,这对于一汽轿车股份有限公司的发展而言是十分必要的。本文首先对文章的研究背景及意义、研究内容及方法进行了相应的介绍。通过对一汽轿车股份有限公司所处的内外部环境相关信息及数据的搜集和整理,对企业所面临的外部环境和内部情况进行了充分细致的分析。基于对企业内外部环境的分析结果,结合SWOT分析方法对一汽轿车股份有限公司自身存在的优势和不足以及企业所面临的机遇和挑战进行了综合分析,明确了企业的优劣势以及机遇和挑战。然后,通过本文研究分析,明确了企业的发展规划原则,并依据发展规划原则,制定了企业的总体战略目标及发展战略。最后,依据发展战略明确了企业的发展模式,并根据发展模式,制定了细致的战略规划发展策略以及保障措施,为企业的发展指明了方向,使企业能够更好的适应未来的竞争。
[Abstract]:In the economic development, the rapid development of society today, people's demand for continuous upgrade, become more and more personalized, the attendant is between enterprises in order to obtain greater user groups and lead to increasing competition. In this context, the strategic management of the enterprise for becoming more and more important, it is a kind of enterprise management decision the purpose is to allow enterprises to define their own development goals, and on the basis of the target plan and deploy the corresponding effective strategic management. It can better guide the development of enterprises, enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. All walks of life to the external environment and their own situation were different, the strategy is not the same. Then, through the research and analysis, clear the principle of enterprise development planning and, according to the principle of development planning, formulate the overall strategic objectives and development strategy of the enterprise. Finally, according to the development strategies of enterprises Based on the development mode, we made detailed strategic planning, development strategies and safeguard measures, and pointed out the direction for the development of enterprises, so that enterprises could better adapt to future competition.
