高科技企业社会责任议题管理研究

【摘要】:企业社会责任战略议题管理是企业的一种行动管理职能,目标是找出潜在的或正在出现的、可能对企业构成影响的社会责任相关问题,然后动用并协调企业有效资源对相关问题的处理采取针对性措施。运用矩阵方法分析华为企业社会责任实质性议题,创新探索社会责任的全过程管理。最后,提出企业需要将践行社会责任议题的要求贯穿于企业运营及管理活动的每个环节,要在决策、战略、机制、组织、考核等多方面实现深度覆盖。
[Abstract]:Corporate social responsibility strategic issue management is an action management function of an enterprise, whose goal is to identify potential or emerging issues related to social responsibility that may have an impact on the business. Then we use and coordinate the effective resources of the enterprise to take targeted measures to deal with the related problems. We use the matrix method to analyze the substantive issues of corporate social responsibility of Huawei, and explore the whole process management of social responsibility innovatively. Finally, It is pointed out that enterprises need to implement social responsibility issues in every aspect of business operations and management activities, and to achieve deep coverage in many aspects, such as decision-making, strategy, mechanism, organization, assessment, and so on.
