基于智慧旅游的旅游目的地营销系统框架初建

【摘要】:随着互联网通信技术的快速发展,4G等无线网络在全球范围的逐渐覆盖,智能移动终端的快速普及等变化深刻影响着旅游者的消费行为,旅游产业必将向智慧化方向转型升级,而旅游业作为高度依赖信息的综合性产业,旅游目的地信息组织和传播成为发展旅游业的突破口。构建符合智慧旅游发展思想的旅游目的地营销系统(Destination Marketing Systems,简称DMS),对整合区域内旅游产业,提高旅游目的地整体形象和竞争力将起到极大作用;同时,构建智慧化的旅游目的地营销系统将丰富旅游目的地系统研究理论,为进一步实现建设提供理论指导。国内关于旅游目的地营销系统的研究起步较晚,在理论研究方面缺乏整体性的系统规划理论体系,且由于信息化技术发展迅速,传统旅游目的地营销系统构建研究很大程度上无法满足当代旅游发展需求;在实践方面,目前国内己建立的DMS中大部分只是作为传统信息服务系统运作,其现代营销职能没有得到很好运用。本研究技术路线首先从智慧旅游背景出发进行相关研究;然后以信息系统构建流程为主线,进行系统理论构建;最后以案例运用进行理论实践。具体内容首先从旅游信息化背景出发,论述智慧化的旅游目的地营销系统相关理论;然后以构建流程为主线,分别从市场机会分析、利益动机分析、战略规划阶段、战略执行阶段和评估改进阶段宏观把握DMS的战略构建步骤;然后进行旅游目的地营销系统的系统分析,分别介绍了系统的目标、可行性分析和系统的需求;在系统分析的基础上,构建起系统“113N闭环”总体框架结构、设计系统智慧化功能模块,再根据数据库需求分析,建立数据资源架构,完成对智慧化的DMS理论体系的构建;最后结合自贡市旅游市场现状和信息化建设状况,在智慧旅游思想指导下,对自贡市的DMS进行步骤规划和系统分析,最终进行DMS的网站和手机终端部分功能设计与实现。本研究最终在智慧旅游指导思想下,融合多学科理论,从数据流向角度出发搭建起“113N闭环”总体构架,构建了集信息服务、营销、管理功能于一体的智慧化DMS理论体系,并将进行自贡市智慧DMS建设的案例研究,设计实现了旅游网站总体功能框架,并将位置服务和旅游信息推送相结合,实现了移动终端的智慧化应用。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of Internet communication technology and the gradual coverage of wireless networks such as 4G in the world, the rapid popularization of intelligent mobile terminals and other changes have a profound impact on the consumption behavior of tourists, and the tourism industry will be transformed and upgraded to the direction of wisdom. Tourism, as a comprehensive industry that relies heavily on information, Tourism destination information organization and dissemination have become the breakthrough of tourism development. The construction of tourism destination marketing system in line with the intelligent tourism development idea is called destination Marketing Systems, which is helpful to the integration of tourism industry in the region. Improving the overall image and competitiveness of tourism destination will play a great role, at the same time, the construction of intelligent tourism destination marketing system will enrich the theory of tourism destination system research. In order to provide theoretical guidance for further construction, the domestic research on tourism destination marketing system started relatively late, and lack of a holistic system planning theoretical system in theoretical research, and because of the rapid development of information technology, The research on the construction of traditional tourism destination marketing system can not meet the needs of contemporary tourism development to a great extent. In practice, most of the DMS that has been established in China only operate as traditional information service system. Its modern marketing function has not been well utilized. This research technical route starts from the intelligent tourism background to carry on the related research, then takes the information system construction flow as the main line, carries on the system theory construction; In the end, the author carries on the theory practice with the case application. The concrete content starts from the tourism information background, discusses the related theories of the intelligent tourism destination marketing system, then takes the construction process as the main line, analyzes separately from the market opportunity, Interest motivation analysis, strategic planning stage, strategy implementation stage and evaluation improvement stage grasp the strategic construction steps of DMS macroscopically, and then carry on the system analysis of the tourism destination marketing system, and introduce the goal of the system respectively. On the basis of system analysis, the system "113N closed loop" general frame structure is constructed, the intelligent function module of the system is designed, and the data resource structure is established according to the database demand analysis. Finally, combining with the current situation of tourism market and information construction in Zigong City, under the guidance of intelligent tourism thought, we make a step planning and systematic analysis of DMS in Zigong City. Finally, the DMS website and mobile terminal functions are designed and implemented. Under the guiding ideology of intelligent tourism, this study integrates the multi-disciplinary theory, builds the "113N closed loop" overall framework from the point of view of the data flow direction, and constructs the information gathering service. The intelligent DMS theory system of marketing and management functions is integrated, and the case study of Zigong intelligent DMS construction is carried out. The overall functional framework of the tourism website is designed and realized, and the location service is combined with the tourism information. The intelligent application of mobile terminal is realized.
