“一带一路”战略下中国企业对外直接投资模式研究——基于多元Logit模型的实证分析

【摘要】：从嵌入位置和附加值两个维度,测算中国对"一带一路"沿线直接投资企业在全球价值链中的地位,指出不同类型的企业在投资过程中的制约因素,有针对性地设计出了多样化的投资模式,即:市场渗透模式、纵向整合模式、多元发展模式和共同价值模式。基于2005~2014年中国跨国公司对"一带一路"沿线国家的179次直接投资活动,通过多元Logit模型进行了实证检验,得出了不同投资模式的主要影响因素,并给出了全球价值链视角下中国企业对"一带一路"沿线直接投资的对策建议。
[Abstract]:From the two dimensions of embedding position and added value, this paper calculates the position of China's direct investment enterprises along "Belt and Road" in the global value chain, and points out the restrictive factors of different types of enterprises in the process of investment.A variety of investment models are designed, that is, market penetration model, vertical integration model, multiple development model and common value model.Based on the 179 direct investment activities of Chinese transnational corporations in the countries along Belt and Road from 2005 to 2014, this paper makes an empirical test by using multiple Logit models, and finds out the main influencing factors of different investment modes.The countermeasures and suggestions of Chinese enterprises' direct investment along "Belt and Road" from the perspective of global value chain are also given.
