阿米巴经营模式在互联网创业公司H的应用研究

【摘要】:本论文聚焦在中国第四次创业大潮中的互联网公司,通过分析总结互联网行业的行业特点以及创业公司在创业过程中遇到的问题,结合对相关理论研究的分析与思考,阐述了阿米巴经营模式在互联网创业公司H中的实施过程及效果,为国内互联网创业公司在实施阿米巴经营模式提供了理论基础及实际案例支持。在阿米巴经营模式中,阿米巴组织可以根据外在环境的变化,不断调整自己,以适应多变的生存环境。这种通过小集体独立运营,独立核算的方式,体现了市场化和独立灵活的自主经济体的思想。阿米巴经营模式的关键是通过分解大分子、构建独立核算的小组织,让身处一线的每一位员工都能充分发挥主观能动性,参与到公司经营中,成为公司运营的主角,最终实现“全员经营”。H公司作为一家成立仅两年的互联网创业公司,经营过程中所遇到的问题与挑战在整个互联网创业公司中颇具代表性。通过构建适合企业自身特点的阿米巴经营模式,帮助企业快速应对市场变化,培养了员工的目标意识,在业绩得到大规模提升的同时,实现了全员参与经营,也为企业培养了领导人。本论文分步骤阐述了H公司实践阿米巴经营模式的过程及实施效果,并对阿米巴经营模式在互联网创业公司的应用提出了建议。
[Abstract]:This paper focuses on the Internet companies in the fourth wave of entrepreneurship in China, through the analysis and summary of the characteristics of the Internet industry and the problems encountered in the entrepreneurial process, combined with the relevant theoretical research analysis and thinking.This paper expounds the implementation process and effect of amoeba business model in Internet start-up company H. it provides theoretical basis and practical case support for domestic Internet start-up company to implement amoeba business model.In the amoeba business model, the amoeba organization can adapt itself to the changing living environment according to the change of external environment.This independent operation through small collective, independent accounting, reflect the market and independent and flexible independent economy.The key of amoeba's business model is to break down the big elements and build small organizations with independent accounting, so that every employee on the front line can give full play to his subjective initiative, participate in the operation of the company, and become the protagonist of the company's operation.Finally, as an Internet startup company established for only two years, the problems and challenges encountered in the course of operation are quite representative in the whole Internet start-up company.By constructing an amoeba business model suitable for the enterprise's own characteristics, it helps the enterprise to cope with the market changes quickly, and cultivates the employee's goal consciousness, and realizes the whole staff participating in the management while the achievement gets the large-scale promotion.Also trained for the enterprise leader.This paper expounds the process and effect of implementing amoeba business model in H Company, and puts forward some suggestions on the application of amoeba business model in Internet Start-up Company.
