基于平台生态的网络众包驱动行为与激励策略研究

【摘要】:由于网络信息技术的发展以及互联网普及率的提高,各类产品生命周期不断缩短,知识更新速度不断加快,企业创新难度随之不断提高。但与此同时,许多企业却面临着资源缺乏,创新能力不足以及无法满足顾客需求等诸多问题,这迫使企业发掘更多的创新资源,与更多的创新主体进行合作。众包作为近几年兴起的新型商业模式让企业有机会可以接触到新的创新源来补充甚至是替代现有的创新模式。网络众包是一种参与式在线活动,其中个体、机构、非营利组织或企业通过灵活的公开召集方式,使一组有不同特征的个体自愿承担某项任务,以满足众包商的创新需求。这项任务本身具有一定复杂性和模块性,大众通过参与任务能获得工作、报酬、经验或知识。而众包商将从中获利,其形式将取决于所进行的活动的类型。目前越来越多的企业开始注意到网络众包模式对企业创新发展、技术革新的作用。现代企业的开放式创新发展逐渐运用到众包模式,利用外部的智慧、资源与技术,拓展企业的创新源,拓展企业的创新模式和组织形式。学术界也开始对网络众包投入广泛关注。目前研究焦点主要集中在大众参与众包的动机和行为,而缺乏对网络众包系统全局性的研究,从企业、平台出发的文献较少。因此本文首先从众包的概念出发,梳理了众包兴起原因、分类等,总结了关于众包参与者角色和动机的相关文献,对众包相关文献进行了评述;接着通过生态系统相关理论研究进行总结,打下理论基础。构建基于平台的网络众包生态系统,从不同的主体研究网络众包生态系统构成、组成要素、边界、结构以及运行机制,针对发包方和接包方的不同行为动机研究网络众包生态系统参与者的行为驱动因素,不论对于企业创新发展还是网络众包相关研究都具有一定的理论价值。同时,本文还通过两个具有代表性的众包平台——猪八戒网和海尔众包供应链系统,对平台生态系统进行分析,并从平台的运作模式总结了参与主体的行为驱动因素,从而提出了网络众包行为的相关激励策略,将会对企业开展众包活动产生一定的实践意义。

But at the same time, many enterprises are faced with the lack of resources, lack of innovation, many problems can not meet customer demands, forcing enterprises to explore more innovative resources and cooperate with more innovation. As a new business model Crowdsourcing in recent years so that enterprises have the opportunity to be exposed to new sources of innovation to supplement or even replace the existing innovation mode. Crowdsourcing network is a kind of participatory online activities, including individuals, organizations, non-profit organizations or enterprises through flexible the open call, so that a group of individuals have different characteristics voluntarily undertake a task, to meet Crowdsourcing's innovation needs. The task itself has Certain complexity and modularity, mass work, by participating in the task to pay, experience or knowledge. Crowdsourcing business will profit from its form depends on the type of activities. Now more and more enterprises begin to pay attention to the network Crowdsourcing mode in the development of enterprise innovation, technological innovation. Open innovation in the development of modern enterprises and gradually applied to the Crowdsourcing mode, using external wisdom, resources and technology, expand the source of business innovation, expand innovation mode and organization structure of enterprises. The current research mainly focus on the public participation motivation and Crowdsourcing the behavior, and the lack of network Crowdsourcing global system of research, from the enterprise, the platform of the literature is less.
