大庆油田WF物业公司发展战略研究

【摘要】:随着市场化经济的不断发展,加之国务院国资委正在推行央企三供一业(供水、供电、供暖和物业管理简称“三供一业”)分离移交,整个物业服务市场结构将会发生重大改变,自主经营、公平竞争,消费者自由选择、自主消费,商品和要素自由流动、平等交换的现代市场体系会越来越完善。在这种形势下,国企物业公司传统的僵硬的管理模式将会被淘汰。作为国企的大庆油田WF物业公司为了能够继续保持地区行业内优势地位,并实现可持续发展,必须调整未来的发展战略。因此,深入分析大庆油田WF物业公司的内外部环境,提出适合公司情况的发展战略并确定战略实施的保障措施,显得尤为必要。论文以大庆油田WF物业公司为研究对象,采用文献调查、定量分析、宏观与微观相结合、理论联系实际等分析方法。根据大庆油田WF物业公司目前发展情况,对公司的战略进行系统研究。论文主要包含以下内容:首先是阐述大庆油田WF物业公司的研究背景、研究目的和意义,介绍并评价国内外战略研究现状,接着提出研究内容、框架及研究方法。二是介绍公司战略相关理论,包括战略管理理论内涵、特征、意义与过程。然后介绍战略管理分析工具,论文中应用到的有PEST分析模型和SWOT分析模型。三是分别对大庆油田WF物业公司外部环境和内部环境分析,然后构建了SWOT矩阵,对公司内外部环境进行了SWOT分析,确定了可供选择的战略组合。四是根据大庆油田WF物业公司战略愿景与指导思想,结合上文内外环境分析结果,提出大庆油田WF物业公司可采取的战略方案和战略定位。提出低成本、差异化、多元化三种战略选择模式。五是提出大庆油田WF物业公司战略实施,主要是加强品牌影响力,加强财务管理,优化人力资源结构,有效利用大数据加强企业信息化建设,提高设备使用效率等。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of the market-oriented economy and the fact that the SASAC of the State Council is carrying out the separation and handover of the three supply industries (water supply, power supply, heating and property management) between the central enterprises,The whole market structure of property service will be changed greatly. The modern market system of independent management, fair competition, free choice of consumers, free consumption, free flow of goods and elements, and equal exchange will be more and more perfect.In this situation, the traditional state-owned property companies rigid management model will be eliminated.As a state-owned enterprise, Daqing Oil Field WF property Company must adjust its future development strategy in order to maintain the regional advantage and realize sustainable development.Therefore, it is particularly necessary to analyze the internal and external environment of WF property company in Daqing Oilfield, to put forward the development strategy suitable for the company's situation and to determine the safeguard measures for the implementation of the strategy.This paper takes Daqing Oilfield WF property Company as the research object, adopts the literature investigation, the quantitative analysis, the macroscopic and the microscopic union, the theory unifies the practice and so on the analysis method.According to the current development of Daqing Oilfield WF property Company, the strategy of the company is systematically studied.The main contents of this paper are as follows: firstly, the research background, purpose and significance of WF property company in Daqing Oilfield are described, and the present situation of strategic research at home and abroad is introduced and evaluated. Then, the research content, framework and research methods are put forward.The second is to introduce the related theories of company strategy, including the connotation, characteristics, significance and process of strategic management theory.Then the strategic management analysis tools are introduced. The PEST analysis model and the SWOT analysis model are applied in this paper.The third is to analyze the external environment and internal environment of Daqing oilfield WF property company respectively, then construct the SWOT matrix, analyze the internal and external environment of the company by SWOT, and determine the strategic combination that can be selected.Fourth, according to the strategic vision and guiding ideology of Daqing Oilfield WF property Company, combined with the above analysis of the internal and external environment, the paper puts forward the strategic plan and strategic orientation that can be adopted by Daqing Oilfield WF property Company.Put forward three kinds of strategic choice mode: low cost, differentiation and diversification.The fifth is to put forward the strategy implementation of Daqing Oilfield WF property Company, mainly to strengthen the brand influence, strengthen the financial management, optimize the human resource structure, effectively utilize big data to strengthen the information construction of the enterprise, and improve the efficiency of the use of equipment, etc.
