【摘要】：正有了足够大胆的目标,才会有颠覆性的创意。本文跨界创新是指企业超越行业传统预设前提,突破本行业既有技术、产品、服务、流程、模式和管理边界,借鉴其他领域成熟要素,从产业跨界的视角在本行业创立新的更有效的经营规则的过程。跨界创新目标法,就是从目标出发,遵循:"奇高目标——时间旅行——交叉类比——合力解决"的步骤,利用前向与后向的时间旅行,降低思维壁垒,从其他学科的交叉类比
[Abstract]:There are bold enough goals to create disruptive ideas.Cross-border innovation in this paper means that enterprises transcend the traditional presupposition of the industry, break through the existing technology, products, services, processes, models and management boundaries of the industry, and learn from the mature elements in other fields.The process of creating new and more effective business rules in the industry from an industrial cross-border perspective.The objective approach of cross-border innovation is to proceed from the goal, follow the steps of "extraordinarily high goal-time travel-cross analogy-work together to solve", utilize forward and backward time travel, reduce the thought barrier, and cross analogy from other disciplines.
