社会化网络环境对企业社会资本的影响机制

【摘要】:作为蕴含在社会网络中且有助于企业实现目标的资源,社会资本对于企业经营具有重要意义,其获取和积累也是企业经营中面临的重要课题。随着互联网技术的发展,企业社会资本的来源已经从传统的企业间社交关系向虚拟连带拓展,从而为企业主动获取和积累社会资本提供了广阔空间。但是,现有研究更加侧重于企业社会资本如何影响企业经营绩效而较少探讨企业社会资本的形成,特别是对在线社交网络对企业社会资本的影响重视较少。本文通过回顾现有文献,梳理总结影响企业社会资本形成的因素和整合框架,并在此基础上分析社会化网络环境对企业社会资本形成的影响,从而对未来的研究方向予以展望。
[Abstract]:As a resource contained in social network and helpful for enterprises to achieve their goals, social capital is of great significance to enterprise management, and its acquisition and accumulation is also an important subject in enterprise management.With the development of Internet technology, the source of corporate social capital has been expanded from the traditional social relations between enterprises to virtual joint and several, thus providing a broad space for enterprises to actively acquire and accumulate social capital.However, the existing studies focus more on how corporate social capital affects business performance, and less on the formation of corporate social capital, especially on the impact of online social networks on corporate social capital.By reviewing the existing literature, this paper summarizes the factors affecting the formation of corporate social capital and the framework of integration, and on this basis analyzes the impact of the social network environment on the formation of corporate social capital, and then looks forward to the future research direction.
