企业科技人员激励方式与激励效果研究

【摘要】:当今社会,信息技术日新月异,知识经济的时代已经到来。企业发展中,人才,尤其是科技人才发挥的作用更是日益显著,并且已经逐步成为了推动经济发展的关键所在。当今社会,企业的竞争已经成为了科技人才抢夺的竞争。不论是国家还是企业,都在尽最大努力引进、培养科技人才。而企业是否能够留着科技人才,与其采取的激励方式是具有直接联系的。在这种形势下,各企业都加强了对科技人才激励机制的研究与分析。本文基于当前的发展背景,对于科技人员激励方式以及其效果展开了论述分析。本文通过文献综述法对国内外的相关研究进行了归纳整理,对于当前主要的人才激励理论以及科技人员激励方式展开了论述;利用问卷分析、概念模型以及实证分析模型的建立与分析,对于科技人才激励方式和激励效果展开了研究:本文经过实证分析后得出,股权激励额度、科研项目预期收益等会对激励效果产生正向影响;科研项目预期时间与行权期限等将会对最终的激励效果产生负向影响。并依据得出的实证结论对于如何构建积极有效的人才激励体系展开了论述分析。最后,从企业如何选择有效的激励方式进行了激励体系的研究与设计。通过本文的研究对于企业制定科技人员激励措施是具有一定的借鉴和参考意义的。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, information technology is changing with each passing day, and the era of knowledge economy has come. In the development of enterprises, talents, especially scientific and technological talents, play an increasingly significant role, and have gradually become the key to promote economic development. Nowadays, the competition of enterprises has become the competition of scientific and technological talents. Both the country and the enterprise are trying their best to introduce and train scientific and technological talents. Whether the enterprise can retain the scientific and technological talents is directly related to the incentive mode it adopts. In this situation, all enterprises have strengthened the research and analysis of the incentive mechanism of scientific and technological talents. Based on the current development background, this paper discusses and analyzes the incentive mode and its effect of S & T personnel. This paper summarizes the relevant research at home and abroad through literature review, discusses the current main theory of talent incentive and the incentive methods of scientific and technological personnel, and analyzes by questionnaire, The establishment and analysis of the conceptual model and the empirical analysis model have carried out the research on the incentive mode and the incentive effect of the scientific and technological talents. The expected income of the scientific research project will have a positive impact on the incentive effect, and the expected time and the exercise period of the scientific research project will have a negative impact on the final incentive effect. And based on the empirical conclusions, how to build a positive and effective talent incentive system is discussed and analyzed. Finally, the research and design of the incentive system is carried out from how to choose the effective incentive mode. The research in this paper has some reference significance for enterprises to formulate incentive measures for scientific and technological personnel.
