农民创业形式、特点与人力资本积累——以山东省的调研为例

【摘要】：农民创业是近年来我国农村地区经济形势的重要环节,受到农村地区社会经济独特结构与条件的深刻制约,一般紧密围绕农民最为熟悉的农业经营环境展开,就其形式而言,受国家扶持力度最大的农民专业合作社成为农民创业的主要形式。农民创业与农民和农村地区的人力资本积累水平有密切的关系,更高的人力资本有助于支援农业产业活动,这与舒尔茨将创业能力作为人力资本积累的一个维度观点具有一致性。从趋势上看,农民创业未来仍有巨大的发展空间。
[Abstract]:Farmers' entrepreneurship is an important part of the economic situation in rural areas of China in recent years. It is restricted by the unique structure and conditions of social economy in rural areas. Generally, it is closely related to the agricultural management environment that farmers are most familiar with, as far as its form is concerned, By the state support the largest farmer professional cooperatives become the main form of farmers entrepreneurship. Farmers' entrepreneurship is closely related to the level of human capital accumulation among farmers and rural areas, and higher human capital helps to support agricultural industrial activities. This is consistent with Schultz's view of entrepreneurship as a dimension of human capital accumulation. Looking from the trend, the farmer starts an undertaking in the future still has the huge development space.
