评估坦桑尼亚大学生的创业意图

[Abstract]:The purpose of this study is to study entrepreneurial intention and its premise. Specifically, the study attempts to study role models, the impact of entrepreneurship education and perceptions of the feasibility and desirability of entrepreneurship, and the impact of risk perception on the entrepreneurial intentions of Tanzanian college students. The quantitative method is used as the research design. A simple random sampling technique is used to sample the population. The data were collected and distributed by online questionnaire, the data collected by descriptive statistical analysis, independent t test, multivariate linear regression and correlation analysis. A total of 235 interviewees are our sample. The results show that the effect model and entrepreneurship education have great influence on self-employment intention, but entrepreneurship education is a better predictor of students' entrepreneurial intention. On the contrary the perceived desire has a significant impact on the relationship between role model and entrepreneurial intention while perceived feasibility has no effect on entrepreneurship education. The results show that there is a significant positive correlation between perceived risk and perceived feasibility of students' entrepreneurial intention. From an empirical point of view, the sample is limited to higher education students in one country. This limits the scope of generalization. Further study should be made to compare the presupposition of intention and behavior in many aspects.
