河南锐石集团低碳棕刚玉开发项目质量管理研究

【摘要】:随着我国耐火材料及磨料磨具行业的发展,棕刚玉需求量越来越大。而铝灰作为炼铝产生的固体废弃物,即占用场地,又污染环境。河南锐石集团提出以铝灰为主要原料冶炼生产低碳棕刚玉开发项目,将固体废弃物变废为宝,减少环境污染,同时可增加社会效益。河南锐石集团以往的开发项目并未引入质量管理的理念,导致项目开发困难。本文将质量管理的理念引入到河南锐石集团低碳棕刚玉开发项目中,通过制定质量计划、进行质量保证和质量控制,采用质量功能展开、质量屋和项目风险评价指数的质量管理工具与方法,构建低碳棕刚玉质量管理流程,量化客户需求和技术限制,科学化呈现低碳棕刚玉项目质量控制过程,达到对低碳棕刚玉开发项目有效的质量管理的目的,保证低碳棕刚玉产品质量达到预期目标。将质量管理理念引入到企业的日常经营管理活动中,以提高产品的质量,增强企业管理活动的科学化,进而提高企业的核心竞争力。
[Abstract]:With the development of refractory and abrasive industry in China, the demand of brown corundum is increasing. Aluminum ash, as a solid waste produced by aluminum smelting, occupies the site and pollutes the environment. Henan Ruishi Group put forward the project of producing low carbon brown corundum with aluminum ash as the main raw material, which can turn solid waste into treasure, reduce environmental pollution, and increase social benefit at the same time. The concept of quality management has not been introduced into the past development projects of Henan Ruishi Group, which leads to difficulties in project development. In this paper, the concept of quality management is introduced into the low carbon brown corundum development project of Henan Ruishi Group. By making quality plan, quality assurance and quality control, quality function is adopted. The quality management tools and methods of quality house and project risk evaluation index, the construction of low carbon brown corundum quality management process, the quantification of customer demand and technical limitation, the scientific presentation of low carbon brown corundum project quality control process. To achieve the low carbon brown corundum development project effective quality management to ensure the quality of low carbon brown corundum products to achieve the desired goal. The concept of quality management is introduced into the daily management activities of enterprises in order to improve the quality of products, enhance the scientific nature of enterprise management activities, and then improve the core competitiveness of enterprises.
