普硕公司生产运营管理的改进研究

【摘要】:根据市场趋势的发展变化和国际形势竞争的愈演愈烈,制造业面临着巨大挑战,尤其是小微型企业面临的任务更加艰巨,竞争更加激烈,“多品种、小批量”生产模式的变化给这些企业带来了新的更大挑战,增加了成本和生产运营管理的难度。普硕公司于2012年在上海松江成立,目前拥有员工50多人,主要生产航空、汽车等实用的气动设备。作为德国的一家生产制造型公司,现在面临着计划混乱、产出效率降低、库存成本增加、缺乏科学合理的生产流程等诸多问题。因此,本文通过对普硕公司现状的研究,来探讨解决问题的方案,达到适应市场发展的目的。本文对其生产计划、生产控制、库存管理和质量管理进行剖析,结合它们的相关理论,再运用全面质量管理理论和精益生产理论,采用文献法、观察法、访谈法、理论与实践相结合等的方法对普硕公司进行研究。通过对上述四个方面的改进,使普硕公司提高了生产效率,降低了成本,改进了流程,增加了一次性生产合格率,也提高了全体员工的使命感和归属感,同时也大大提高了客户满意度。通过对普硕公司生产运营管理的研究及实施,希望能给在中国的中、小、微型外资企业和中国的中、小、微型企业提供借鉴。
[Abstract]:In the light of the development of market trends and the growing competition in the international situation, the manufacturing industry is facing enormous challenges, especially for small and micro enterprises, where the task is more arduous and the competition is more intense. The change of small batch production mode brings new and greater challenges to these enterprises and increases the cost and difficulty of production and operation management. Founded in Songjiang, Shanghai, in 2012, the company has more than 50 employees, mainly producing aeronautical, automotive and other practical pneumatic equipment. As a manufacturing company in Germany, it is faced with many problems, such as chaotic planning, low output efficiency, increasing inventory cost, lack of scientific and reasonable production process and so on. Therefore, through the study of the current situation of Pusho Company, this paper discusses the solutions to the problem and achieves the purpose of adapting to the development of the market. In this paper, the production planning, production control, inventory management and quality management are analyzed, combined with their related theories, and then using the total quality management theory and lean production theory, using the literature method, observation method, interview method, The method of combining theory with practice is used to study Pusho Company. Through the improvement of the above four aspects, the company has improved the production efficiency, reduced the cost, improved the process, increased the one-off qualified rate of production, and improved the sense of mission and belonging of all the employees. At the same time also greatly improved customer satisfaction. Through the research and implementation of the production and operation management of Pusho Company, it is hoped that it can be used for reference for the middle, small, small foreign-funded enterprises in China and the middle, small and micro enterprises in China.
