制度距离、文化距离与KIBS创新战略及绩效

【摘要】：文章研究制度距离、文化距离与知识密集型服务企业创新战略及绩效的关系,并探讨网络力量的调节作用。重点以制度理论和社会网络理论为基础,运用问卷调查方法,选取北京、上海、天津、山东、河北共224家知识型密集型服务企业作为研究对象,多元线性回归结果显示:制度距离、文化距离均显著正向影响流程创新;制度距离对服务创新没有显著影响,文化距离显著正向影响服务创新。流程创新和服务创新均显著正向影响战略绩效。网络力量在流程创新和战略绩效的关系之间起显著正向调节作用,而在服务创新和战略绩效的关系之间没有显著的正向调节作用。
[Abstract]:This paper studies the relationship between institutional distance, cultural distance and innovation strategy and performance of knowledge-intensive service enterprises, and discusses the regulating role of network power. Based on system theory and social network theory, 224 knowledge-intensive service enterprises in Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin, Shandong and Hebei are selected as the research objects. The results of multiple linear regression show that: institutional distance and cultural distance have significant positive influence on process innovation, institutional distance has no significant influence on service innovation, and cultural distance has significant positive impact on service innovation. Both process innovation and service innovation have a significant positive impact on strategic performance. Network power plays a significant positive role in the relationship between process innovation and strategic performance, but not between service innovation and strategic performance.
