中国高技术产品出口的产业升级效应研究

【摘要】：高技术产品出口的产业升级效应具体包括学习效应和结构变动效应两个方面。本文首先利用出口内生技术进步模型及其扩展模型实证研究了中国高技术产品出口的学习效应,除一般贸易方式部门具有绝对技术效率优势外,其余结构性部门和整个出口部门均属于低绝对技术效率生产部门,但高技术产品出口部门及其不同贸易方式的出口部门在推动三次产业发展中具有显著的学习效应。其次利用分解技术和VAR模型研究了结构变动效应,发现在长期中国产业结构变动对高技术产品出口的贸易方式结构变动有更显著的反应,且二者呈正相关关系。最后从制度建设、贸易方式、商品结构、贸易主体和产业集聚五个方面提出了相应的政策建议。
[Abstract]:The industrial upgrading effect of high-tech products export includes two aspects: learning effect and structure change effect. In this paper, we first use the export endogenous technological progress model and its extended model to empirically study the learning effect of China's high-tech exports, except for the absolute technical efficiency advantages of the general trade sectors. The other structural sectors and the whole export sectors belong to the production sectors with low absolute technological efficiency, but the export sectors of high-tech products and their export sectors with different trade modes have significant learning effects in promoting the development of the three industries. Secondly, using decomposition technology and VAR model to study the effect of structural change, it is found that the change of industrial structure has a more significant response to the structural change of high-tech exports in the long run, and there is a positive correlation between the two. Finally, it puts forward corresponding policy suggestions from five aspects: system construction, trade mode, commodity structure, main body of trade and industrial agglomeration.
