区位条件对创新导向型企业社会网络的影响——兼论企业选址决策

【摘要】:社会网络对企业创新的重要性已被大量研究证实,区位条件有利于沟通和交往,但区位条件如何影响创新导向型企业拓展社会网络并未得到研究者关注。文章以上海文创园区企业为样本,探索区位条件对创新主导型企业社会网络的影响。利用层次回归分析发现,随着区位条件中商务空间、休闲空间和政策环境等内容的丰富,生活便利因素对企业社会网络的作用逐渐弱化;SEM分析还发现,生活便利因素已转化为隐性要件,并以商务空间、休闲空间和政策环境等显性要件为中介来影响企业社会网络。研究结果为创新导向型企业通过选址决策来拓展社会网络提供了管理启示和政策建议。
[Abstract]:The importance of social network to enterprise innovation has been confirmed by a large number of studies, location conditions are conducive to communication and communication, but how location conditions affect innovation-oriented enterprises to expand social networks has not been paid attention to. Based on the sample of Shanghai Venture Park, this paper explores the influence of location conditions on the social network of innovation-oriented enterprises. With the enrichment of business space, leisure space and policy environment in the location conditions, the role of convenience factors on the enterprise social network is gradually weakened by using hierarchical regression analysis. SEM analysis also found that the factors of convenience of life have been transformed into recessive elements, and the dominant elements such as business space, leisure space and policy environment are used as mediators to influence corporate social networks. The results provide management enlightenment and policy advice for innovation-oriented enterprises to expand social network through location decision.
