基于24小时知识工厂的跨国公司知识共享影响因素研究

【摘要】:面对不断扩张的全球市场需求,大量先进跨国公司开始探索实践一种新型的全球运作模式-“24小时知识工厂”,跨国分布式团队作为其重要的实施载体,如何促使成员之间在异步跨时区全球化协同过程中成功实现知识共享是关键,为了解决异步跨时区的知识流程过程中的知识共享有效性问题,这篇论文基于24小时知识工厂的全球化运作理论,在结合全球分布式团队的典型特征的基础上,对跨国公司知识共享及其影响因素进行梳理,总结出异步跨时区的全球运作中影响知识共享有效性的关键因素,在此基础上构建基于24小时知识工厂的知识共享有效性影响因素理论模型(24hrKF-KSE)。以跨国企业和承接海外外包的项目团队成员为研究对象,,通过电话访谈与网上发放问卷的方式对收集到的227份有效数据运用统计分析软件SPSS19.0对问卷进行信度与效度分析,通过相关分析与回归分析考察分布式团队的四个典型特征对知识共享有效性的主效应,运用层次回归分析各维度间的效应以及信息与沟通技术的使用对知识共享有效性的调节效应,得到主要研究结论有:异步跨时区的跨国团队的知识共享的有效性受到知识异质性,信任和跨时区时间分离程度以及信息与沟通技术的协同使用程度的影响,其中知识异质性,人际信任和信息与沟通技术使用程度对知识共享有效性有显著正向影响,跨时区的工作时间分离程度对知识共享有效性有显著负向影响;信息与沟通技术的应用对知识异质性,跨时区的工作时间分离程度与知识共享有效性之间的关系分别存在着显著的正向调节作用;在将跨时区的工作时间分离程度分为4类时,只有在跨时区工作时间的分离较大时才会对成员之间知识共享的有效性产生显著的负面影响。在这一模型中突出验证了信息与沟通技术的使用在基于24小时知识工厂的全球化运作过程中对知识共享有效性的重要调节作用。
[Abstract]:In the face of the ever-expanding global market demand, a large number of advanced multinational companies began to explore and practice a new type of global operation model, "24 hours knowledge Factory". Transnational distributed teams as an important carrier of its implementation. In order to solve the problem of the effectiveness of knowledge sharing in the process of asynchronous cross-time zone knowledge flow, it is the key that how to promote the successful realization of knowledge sharing among members in the process of asynchronous cross-time zone globalization. Based on the global operation theory of 24-hour knowledge factory and the typical characteristics of global distributed team, this paper combs the knowledge sharing of multinational corporations and its influencing factors. The key factors influencing the effectiveness of knowledge sharing in asynchronous cross-time zone global operation are summarized. On this basis, a theoretical model of influencing factors of knowledge sharing effectiveness based on 24-hour knowledge factory (24hrKF-KSE) is constructed. Taking multinational enterprises and project team members who undertake overseas outsourcing as research subjects, the reliability and validity of 227 valid data collected were analyzed by telephone interviews and online questionnaires using statistical analysis software SPSS19.0. The main effects of the four typical characteristics of distributed teams on the effectiveness of knowledge sharing were investigated by correlation analysis and regression analysis. Using hierarchical regression analysis of the effects between dimensions and the effects of the use of information and communication technology on the effectiveness of knowledge sharing, The main conclusions are as follows: the effectiveness of knowledge sharing among multinational teams across asynchronous time zones is affected by the heterogeneity of knowledge, the degree of trust and time separation across time zones, and the degree of collaborative use of information and communication technologies, in which the heterogeneity of knowledge is involved. The degree of interpersonal trust and the use of information and communication technology have a significant positive impact on the effectiveness of knowledge sharing, and the degree of separation of working time across time zones has a significant negative impact on the effectiveness of knowledge sharing; The application of information and communication technology has significant positive effects on the relationship between the heterogeneity of knowledge, the degree of separation of working time across time zones and the effectiveness of knowledge sharing. When the separation degree of working time across time zones is divided into four categories, only when the separation of working time across time zones is larger will it have a significant negative impact on the effectiveness of knowledge sharing among members. In this model, it is highlighted that the use of information and communication technology plays an important role in regulating the effectiveness of knowledge sharing in the process of globalization based on 24-hour knowledge factory.
