【摘要】：正战略性新兴产业是以重大技术突破和重大发展需求为基础,对经济社会全局和长远发展具有重大引领带动作用,知识技术密集、物质资源消耗少、成长潜力大、综合效益好的产业。开展战略性新兴产业统计工作,能够对国家战略性新兴产业的发展成果实施有效监管、进行科学评价和提出政策参考,保障我国战略性新兴产业科学有序地发展。做好战略性新兴产业统计,已成为当前统计工作的一项重大职责使命。开展战略性新兴产业统计的
