团队任务冲突如何影响个体创造力:一个跨层的中介调节模型

【摘要】:基于情绪调节过程模型,本研究构建了团队任务冲突对个体创造力的差异化影响模型。利用44个研发团队(169名成员和44名直接主管)的数据和多层线性模型(HLM)检验提出的假设,实证结果表明:认知重估使个体在面对任务冲突时表现出更高水平的创造力,观点采择部分中介这一关系;表达抑制使个体面对任务冲突时表现出较低水平的创造力,这一关系被情绪耗竭完全中介。
[Abstract]:Based on the model of emotion regulation process, this study constructs a model of the effect of team task conflict on individual creativity. Using the data from 44 R & D teams (169 members and 44 direct supervisors) and the assumptions made by the (HLM) test of multi-layer linear models, the empirical results show that cognitive reassessment enables individuals to demonstrate a higher level of creativity in the face of task conflicts. Point of view to take part of the intermediary of this relationship; Expression inhibition causes individuals to show a lower level of creativity when confronted with task conflicts, a relationship that is completely mediated by emotional exhaustion.
