“一带一路”倡议下中国企业投资风险的防范

【摘要】：随着"一带一路"倡议的深入推进,中国企业在"一带一路"沿线国家投资额不断增加,同时不可避免地面临各种较为复杂的投资风险。我们应在国际法的视角下来探讨我国企业在"一带一路"沿线国家投资面临的风险内容和特征,并在识别这些风险的情况下,进一步明确中国企业如何建立一套完善的企业投资风险防范机制和框架。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of the "Belt and Road Initiative" initiative, Chinese enterprises continue to invest in countries along the "Belt and Road Initiative" line, and inevitably face a variety of complex investment risks. From the perspective of international law, we should explore the contents and characteristics of the risks faced by Chinese enterprises in countries along the "Belt and Road Initiative" route, and further clarify how to establish a set of perfect enterprise investment risk prevention mechanisms and frameworks under the condition of identifying these risks.
