【摘要】:正"问题员工"总的来说就是那些与组织、企业、单位整体的行为方式和价值观念不相符的员工。"问题员工"分为不同的类型,呈现出不同的问题,比如,有的员工无视组织纪律和领导权威,但工作业绩优秀;有的员工崇尚完美主义,处处追求完美,以至于与同事之间存在矛盾,但在某些问题上却有着独特的看法与观点;有的员工心理脆弱,不能与领导者和其他组织成员构建良好的人际关系,进而成为"边缘人"。"问题员工"是管理的一
