施维公司采购管理优化研究

【摘要】：随着科学技术的不断进步、经济的不断发展、全球化信息网络和全球化市场的形成,以及消费者需求的不断变化,市场竞争日趋激烈,企业间的竞争已经逐渐演变为供应链之间的竞争,供应链管理在企业生存和发展中的地位越显重要。采购作为供应链管理中极其重要的一环,企业为适应当前不确定的市场需求状况,在变化多端的经营环境中生存和发展下去,必须要采用不同的采购模式和采购策略,这样才能够在一定程度上提升企业在市场竞争中的优势,更好地实现自身目标。本文通过综述相关理论内容,运用了 JIT采购思想、供应链和供应链管理的具体理论内容、案例分析以及供应商管理等理论,对施维公司所开展的采购管理活动中的主要问题进行了分析,指出了这家企业优化以及改善采购策略的必要性,通过实践以及理论的密切结合,运用数学模型法、系统分析法等理论方法,结合施维公司的行业和产品特点及实际情况,优化了供应商选择评价指标,优化了采购组织及其职能。实施采购优化策略,很好地解决了施维公司过去在供应商选择评价、物料质量保证,存货管理等方面存在的问题,给施维公司带来了很好的经营绩效。最后提出了施维公司JIT采购实践的探索和研究方向。本文通过对施维公司在其供应链采购管理中存在的问题进行分析,进而提供针对性的建议与措施,以提升施维公司供应链管理的效率,以及施维公司的整体竞争力。
[Abstract]:With the continuous progress of science and technology, the continuous development of economy, the formation of global information network and global market, and changing consumer demand, market competition is becoming increasingly fierce, the competition among enterprises has gradually evolved into the competition between supply chain and supply chain management on the survival and development of enterprises become more important. The ring is extremely important as purchasing in supply chain management, the enterprise needs to adapt to the market situation uncertain, be the most changeful business environment in the survival and development of it, must adopt different procurement mode and purchasing strategy, so as to promote the advantages of enterprises in market competition to a certain extent, to better realize their own this paper summarizes the related theories. The content, use of JIT purchasing thoughts, specific content of theory of supply chain and supply chain management, case analysis and vendor management Theory, main problems of SCHWING company's procurement management activities were analyzed, pointed out the necessity of enterprise and improve purchasing strategy, through the practice and the close combination of theory, using the method of mathematical modeling, the theory of system analysis method, combined with the company's industry and application dimension the product features and the actual situation, optimize supplier selection evaluation index, optimization of the procurement organization and its functions. The implementation of procurement optimization strategy, a good solution to the application of dimension selection evaluation in past material suppliers, quality assurance, existing inventory management and other issues, bring a good performance to the application dimension. The exploration and research direction of application of JIT procurement practice dimensional company is proposed. Based on the analysis of application of dimensional company in its existence problems in the supply chain procurement management, and provide suggestions And measures to improve the efficiency of the supply chain management and the overall competitiveness of the company.
