基于期望确认理论的移动App持续使用意愿实证研究

【摘要】:当前移动App高下载量与高卸载量并存现象明显,基于期望确认理论(ECT),本文构建了移动App用户持续使用意愿理论模型,试图分析App用户不能保持持续使用的原因。结果显示:App品质体验正向影响确认程度,确认程度又正向影响感知有用性、感知易用性、感知有趣性;感知易用性显著影响感知有用性,感知有用性、感知易用性、感知有趣性正向影响用户满意度,用户满意度正向影响持续使用意愿。
[Abstract]:At present, the phenomenon of high download and high unloading of mobile App is obvious. Based on the theory of expected confirmation, this paper constructs a theoretical model of mobile App users' willingness to use continuously. This paper tries to analyze the reasons why App users can not keep using continuously. The results show that the quality experience of App positively affects the confirmation degree, and the confirmation degree positively affects perceived usefulness, perceived usability and perceived interest. Perceived usability significantly affects perceived usefulness perceived usefulness perceived usability perceived interest positively affects user satisfaction and user satisfaction positively affects willingness to use continuously.
