大数据时代中国政治学的机遇与挑战

【摘要】：大数据时代是将数据视为核心资产的时代,人类的政治行为是高度数据化的。大数据技术引发了中国国家和社会治理领域的深刻变革,为中国政治学研究提供了全新的发展机遇。另一方面,大数据技术容易导致数据崇拜,中国政治学研究可能面临定性研究与定量研究、数据分析和理论建构两张皮的困境。基于数据安全容易导致政治数据的开放性与透明度不足,影响数据信度与效度,不利于政治学者对中国政治现象的准确把握。因此,大数据时代的中国政治学发展既要强化学科建设和基础理论研究,更要从国家层面将政治大数据上升为国家战略,提供学科大发展与大繁荣的政策支持和资金扶持,为中国政治学研究打造更高更好的数据平台,实现中国政治发展与政治学学科发展之间的良性互动。
[Abstract]:Big data's era was one in which data was regarded as a core asset, and human political behavior was highly digitalized. Big data technology triggered profound changes in China's state and social governance. On the other hand, big data's technology can easily lead to data worship, and Chinese political science research may be faced with qualitative and quantitative research. The dilemma of data analysis and theoretical construction. Based on data security, it is easy to lead to the lack of openness and transparency of political data, which affects the reliability and validity of data, and is not conducive to the political scholars' accurate grasp of Chinese political phenomena. The development of Chinese political science in big data's time is not only to strengthen discipline construction and basic theoretical research, but also to upgrade political big data into a national strategy at the national level, and to provide policy support and financial support for the great development and prosperity of the discipline. To create a higher and better data platform for the study of Chinese political science, and to realize the benign interaction between the political development of China and the development of political science.
