共享时代数字经济发展趋势与对策

【摘要】：随着共享时代的来临,数字经济发展迅速、前景广阔。发展数字经济是新常态下实现经济转型升级、引领国家创新发展的重要动能。数字经济对共享经济走上数字化高速发展道路、创新创业型社会目标的实现、共享时代产业的培育和发展、我国共享经济成为全球经济发展新亮点有着巨大推动作用。共享时代数字经济呈现出新的发展趋势:大数据产业成为发展重点;商业模式重构成为发展特征;以数字化服务平台为基础实现数字资源共享成为发展路径;资源性、融合性、技术性、服务性成为发展方向。为保障共享时代数字经济健康发展,需要把数字经济纳入顶层发展战略,加强监管,保护信息安全和消费者利益,鼓励共享经济深度扩展、推动传统企业向数字化转型,构建政策扶持平台及新型融资模式,加强国际国内合作、拓宽数字经济市场需求空间。
