滚石移动集团的组织变革与信息系统重构研究

【摘要】：企业在经营发展中，组织结构不会是一成不变的。随着外部和内部的环境变化，企业不得不进行组织变革。组织的变革，又必然引起企业其他方面的变化。例如：管理流程，管理层级，信息系统等。目前，信息系统对于一个企业来说，发挥着越来越大的作用。组织的变革必然引起信息系统的变化。首先，本文叙述了滚石移动集团组织变革和信息系统重构的研究背景，并且对研究的相关理论进行了综述。其次，本文分析了滚石移动集团的现状，包括：组织结构现状，企业业务现状，企业信息系统建设的现状以及企业面临的外部市场环境的变化。通过针对现状的分析，指出滚石移动集团发展面临的问题和应该采取的应对策略。再次，本文根据组织变革理论分析了滚石移动集团组织变革的实施和组织变革带来的影响。同时，组织变革对信息系统提出了新的要求，伴随着组织变革，信息系统必须进行重构。信息系统重构是一个IT项目，企业必须依据项目管理的理论和工具，进行项目管理。笔者进一步分析了信息系统重构项目的实施管理工作。最后，本文针对组织变革和信息系统重构进行了总结和展望，指出滚石移动集团组织变革后，，组织结构的发展趋势。同时，笔者阐述了滚石移动集团的信息化工作，还需要进一步完善的领域。
[Abstract]:In the development of enterprises, the organizational structure will not be static. With the change of external and internal environment, enterprises have to carry out organizational transformation. Organizational change will inevitably lead to other aspects of business change. For example, management process, management level, information system and so on.
At present, the information system is playing a more and more important role for an enterprise. The change of the organization will inevitably lead to the change of information system.
First of all, this paper describes the research background of the organizational change and information system reconstruction of the rolling stone mobile group, and summarizes the related theories of the research.
Secondly, this paper analyzes the current situation, the rolling stones mobile group include: the status of the organizational structure, business situation, change facing situation and business enterprise information system construction of the external market environment. Through the analysis of the present situation, pointed out that facing the development of the rolling stones mobile group problems and Countermeasures should be taken.
Again, according to the organizational change theory to analyze the impact of organizational change and implementation of Rock Mobile Group organizational change. At the same time, organization reform puts forward new requirements for the information system, with the organizational change, information system must be reconstructed. The reconfiguration of information system is a IT project, the enterprise must be based on the theory of project management and tools for project management. The author analyzes the information system reconstruction project implementation management.
Finally, this paper summarizes and looks forward to organizational transformation and information system reconstruction. It points out the development trend of organizational structure after rolling stone mobile group transformation. At the same time, the author expounds the information work of rolling stone mobile group and needs further improvement.
