人才数据建设的跃升路径分析——从“数据为王”到“需求为王”

【摘要】:数据是基础,需求是导向,数据建设必须对接需求,才能发挥数据的基础支撑作用。从"数据为王"到"需求为王"体现了人类对数据建设的规律性认识,是数据建设的跃升阶段。在人才建设领域,企业只有挖掘到优秀人才,才能创造最大效益;人才只有找到合适岗位,才能发挥最大潜能;人才数据只有与用人需求精准对接,才能岗位适配,人尽其才。"需求为王"回应了人才建设和人才数据建设的呼声,为直接抓住用人需求,缩短人才和用人单位之间的距离提供了方便,揭示了人才信息数据建设的目标,代表着人才数据信息技术集成应用的重要方向,也是促进人才优化配置和提升用人效益的有效途径。
[Abstract]:Data is the foundation, demand is the direction, the data construction must connect with the demand, in order to play the basic support role of the data.From "data as king" to "demand as king" embodies the regular understanding of data construction, which is the jump stage of data construction.In the field of talent construction, enterprises can only create the greatest benefits if they tap into outstanding talents; talents can only bring their greatest potential into full play if they find the right position; and the talent data can only be accurately matched with the needs of personnel, so that they can match their posts and make the best use of their talents. ""demand for the King" responds to the call of talent construction and talent data construction, provides convenience for directly grasping the demand for personnel, shortens the distance between talents and employers, and reveals the goal of the construction of talent information data.It represents the important direction of integrated application of talent data and information technology, and it is also an effective way to promote the optimal allocation of talents and enhance the efficiency of personnel.
