联通公司资本运营研究

【摘要】:本文的初衷在于运用战略管理、财务管理等管理学领域的知识,研究联通公司的资本运营战略。 电信运营行业具有独特性,既具有集资金密集型与技术密集型与一身,具有要求适度超前的发展速度和建设规模的特点。因此电信运营企业需要大量的资金作后盾。本文希望为联通公司充分运用资本运营手段尽快做大做强企业、跻身世界强手之林做一些探索。 首先,本文分析中国电信运营业的宏观环境,通过中国电信运营业发展环境、现状和前景的阐述,以期对联通公司发展所依赖的宏观背景具备清晰的认识;本世纪初,国内电信运营企业资本运营掀起浪潮,,纷纷进行资本运作,或在境外上市、或发行债券,为企业发展壮大募集资金。随着电信业的全面运营的开放,中国的电信运营企业已经在国际和国内两个资本市场上展开了激烈的角逐. 其次,本文运用波特模型分析法对产业环境进行分析,运用SWOT分析法分析联通公司的竞争优势和劣势,预测将来面临的机会和可能出现的威胁。针对联通公司的竞争地位和市场现状,分析联通公司可以选择的资本运营方式,提出了相应的资本运营战略。 本文认为联通公司今后的资本运营应采取适度多元化战略,通过各种资本运营方式的运用,实现企业战略目标。具体战略可采取:第一、广泛进行战略同盟地合作;第二、积极进行资本并购。
[Abstract]:The original intention of this paper is to study the capital operation strategy of Unicom by using the knowledge of management such as strategic management, financial management and so on.The telecom operation industry is unique, it has the characteristics of capital intensive and technology intensive, and the development speed and construction scale should be moderately advanced.As a result, telecom operators need a large amount of capital to back up.This paper hopes to make some exploration for Unicom to make full use of the means of capital operation to become a bigger and stronger enterprise and to become a strong hand in the world as soon as possible.First of all, this paper analyzes the macro environment of China telecom business, through the development environment, the current situation and the prospect of the development of China Telecom, hoping to have a clear understanding of the macro background on which the development of China Unicom depends; at the beginning of this century,The capital operation of domestic telecom operators has raised a wave of capital operation, or listed overseas, or issued bonds to raise funds for the development and growth of enterprises.With the opening of telecom industry, Chinese telecom operators have launched fierce competition in both international and domestic capital markets.Secondly, this paper uses Porter model analysis to analyze the industrial environment, and SWOT analysis to analyze the competitive advantages and disadvantages of Unicom, to predict the opportunities and possible threats in the future.According to the competitive position and market status of Unicom, this paper analyzes the capital operation mode that Unicom can choose, and puts forward the corresponding capital operation strategy.This paper holds that China Unicom should adopt a moderate diversification strategy in the future capital operation and realize the strategic goal of the enterprise through the use of various capital operation modes.Specific strategy can be taken: first, carry out strategic alliance cooperation; second, actively carry out capital mergers and acquisitions.
