三网融合下的山西广电信息网络集团竞争战略研究

【摘要】:随着有线电视网络产业技术革新的不断发展,广电行业迎来了“三网融合”的新春天。“三网融合”是国家应对世界电信网络产业发展的必然选择,也是针对国内广电行业打破垄断走向市场化竞争的选择方向。广电网络和电信行业作为“三网融合”的主力军,由原来在各自行业的垄断角色变为现在的竞争对手,市场竞争之激烈不言而喻。而长期处于封闭、垄断状态的广电网络面对早已发展十几年的电信行业,优势不多,例如,体制僵化、机制落后、管理能力较弱、网络干线老化、业务单一等。面对角色转换,广电网络行业怎样能够在稳住现有市场地位的同时又能扭转市场冲击局面,是迫切需要解决的问题。因此,抓机遇、避劣势,搭建依托有线电视网络的全媒体增值业务平台,创造盈利增长点,积极应对来自行业外竞争者的挑战。山西广电信息网络集团作为山西参与三网融合的主力军,在山西区域内担负着广电网络运营和网络整合的重要任务。而山西广电信息网络集团由于前身所属身份性质限制,即事业单位体制,导致体制和机制都难与日趋激烈的市场化竞争相匹配。本文正是以此为契机,运用战略管理理论对山西广电信息网络集团公司的竞争战略进行分析、研判,认清行业竞争局势,依靠公司资源优势把握企业发展机遇,同时,审时度势,面对劣势和竞争威胁,迎难而上,通过选择适合的竞争战略,求生存,谋发展。本文创新之处在于,以三网融合背景为切入点,站在广电网络行业的高度,针对半垄断、半开放的山西广电信息网络集团,提出兼具高效且低成本的发展模式,为企业的竞争战略研究提供了新的见解和思路。公司在实际战略选择过程中,以企业转型转制发展为基础,通过多元化的发展方式,力求在公司整体战略发展方向和经营业务的不同层面做好战略选择,根据广电行业的特殊性和对该公司的分析研究,最终选择多元化发展与创新驱动为核心的整体战略和成本领先、差异化、集中化在业务方面的竞争战略来实现公司的跨越式发展,以及最终提出能够保证企业战略发展的途径和保障措施。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of the technology innovation of CATV network industry, the radio and television industry ushered in the new spring of "three networks convergence".The integration of three networks is an inevitable choice for the national response to the development of the world telecom network industry, and is also the choice direction for the domestic radio and television industry to break the monopoly and move towards the market-oriented competition.Radio and television network and telecommunication industry as the main force of "three networks convergence", from the original monopoly role in their respective industries to the current competitors, the fierce market competition is self-evident.For a long time, the radio and television networks in closed and monopolized state face the telecommunication industry which has been developed for more than ten years. For example, the system is rigid, the mechanism is backward, the management ability is weak, the network trunk line is aging, the business is single and so on.In the face of role change, it is urgent to solve the problem of how to stabilize the current market position and at the same time reverse the situation of market impact in the radio and television network industry.Therefore, we should grasp opportunities, avoid disadvantages, build a whole media value-added business platform based on cable television network, create profit growth points, and actively respond to the challenges from competitors outside the industry.Shanxi Radio and Television Information Network Group, as the main force of Shanxi participating in the integration of three networks, is shouldering the important task of radio and television network operation and network integration in Shanxi region.The Shanxi Radio and Television Information Network Group is restricted by the identity of its predecessor, that is, the institution system, which leads to the difficulty of matching the system and mechanism with the increasingly fierce market competition.This paper takes this opportunity to analyze and judge the competitive strategy of Shanxi Radio and Television Information Network Group Company by using the theory of strategic management, to recognize the competition situation of the industry, to grasp the development opportunity of the enterprise by relying on the company's resource advantages, and at the same time,Judging the situation, facing disadvantages and competitive threats, facing the difficulties, through the choice of suitable competitive strategy, survival and development.The innovation of this paper is that, with the background of three networks integration as the breakthrough point, standing at the height of the radio and television network industry, aiming at the semi-monopoly and semi-open Shanxi Radio and Television Information Network Group, this paper puts forward a development model with both high efficiency and low cost.It provides new ideas and ideas for the study of competitive strategy of enterprises.In the course of the actual strategic choice, the company, based on the transformation and development of the enterprise, strives to make the strategic choice in the overall strategic development direction of the company and the different levels of the business operation through the diversified development mode.According to the particularity of the radio and television industry and the analysis and study of the company, the overall strategy and cost leadership, which are driven by diversification and innovation, are finally chosen.Centralizing the competitive strategy in business to realize the leapfrog development of the company, and finally put forward the way and safeguard measures to ensure the strategic development of the enterprise.
