【摘要】:为应对激烈的市场竞争,中国邮政速递物流进行了股份制改造,公司化后的湖北邮政速递物流加强战略研究,制定切实可行的发展战略,对促进企业转型,提升核心竞争力,加快发展具有现实意义。 本文从选题的背景和意义开始论述,利用战略管理理论及分析方法,对湖北邮政速递物流公司所处的政治法律环境、宏观经济环境、技术环境和社会文化等外部环境进行分析,利用五力模型这一分析工具,分析出快递行业未来发展空间巨大,,由于行业门槛低,现有竞争者和潜在加入者众多,市场竞争异常激烈。对公司发展历程、业务、组织架构等现状、公司价值链分析和SWOT分析,与竞争者比较分析湖北邮政速递物流公司在快递市场竞争中的优势和劣势,面临的机遇和挑战,指出了增强企业核心竞争力的发展方向。基于对湖北邮政速递物流公司内外部环境分析和SWOT分析,要实现 湖北快递市场主导者,市场占用率处于领先地位‖的发展战略目标,制定了湖北邮政速递物流公司实行差异化战略和专业化经营战略,针对不同市场、不同产品提供差异化的服务以及便民服务和增值服务的差异化,为保证战略内容的实施,湖北邮政速递物流公司应加强品牌建设、人才队伍建设、企业文化建设和网络能力建设四个方面,提升企业核心竞争力,实现公司发展战略目标。
[Abstract]:In order to cope with the fierce market competition, China Post Express Logistics has carried on the stock system transformation, after the corporatization Hubei Post Express Logistics strengthens the strategic research, formulates the feasible development strategy, promotes the enterprise transformation, enhances the core competitive power. Accelerating development is of practical significance. In this paper, the background and significance of the topic are discussed, and the political and legal environment, macroeconomic environment, technology environment and social culture environment of Hubei Post Express Logistics Company are analyzed by using the strategic management theory and analysis method. By using the five-force model, it is found that the future development space of express delivery industry is huge. Due to the low industry threshold, numerous competitors and potential entrants, the market competition is extremely fierce. The development course, business, organization structure, value chain analysis and SWOT analysis of the company, the advantages and disadvantages of Hubei Post Express Logistics Company in the express market competition, the opportunities and challenges faced by Hubei Post Express Logistics Company are analyzed. The development direction of enhancing the core competence of enterprises is pointed out. Based on the analysis of internal and external environment and SWOT analysis of Hubei Post Express Logistics Company, to achieve the strategic goal of Hubei express market leader and market occupancy rate in the leading position, In order to ensure the implementation of the strategy, the Hubei Post Express Logistics Company has implemented the differentiation strategy and the specialized management strategy, aiming at different markets and different products to provide differentiated services, convenience services and value-added services, in order to ensure the implementation of the strategic content. Hubei post express logistics company should strengthen the building of brand, the construction of talent team, the construction of enterprise culture and the construction of network capacity, in order to enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprise and realize the strategic goal of the company's development.
