政府扶持云计算产业的项目制与园区制的协同研究

【摘要】：政府扶持云计算产业是国家信息安全、产业转型升级和驱动"双创"的重要战略部署。本文针对中国云计算产业扶持政策实践现状,通过比较项目制和园区制两种扶持机制,探究云计算项目和园区之间的协同机制,并结合国发[2015]5号文件中的发展目标和任务提出提升机制协同能力的相关建议。
[Abstract]:The government supports cloud computing industry is the important strategic deployment of national information security, industry transformation and upgrading and driving "double creation". In view of the current situation of cloud computing industry support policy in China, this paper probes into the collaborative mechanism between cloud computing projects and parks by comparing two kinds of supporting mechanisms: project system and park system. In combination with the development goals and tasks of Guofa [2015] 5, some suggestions are put forward to enhance the synergetic ability of the mechanism.
