推动我国云计算规模化发展和深层次应用的对策建议

【摘要】：当前,我国公有云服务持续高速增长,覆盖云计算产业链的软硬件技术体系已形成,云计算服务从电子商务、游戏视频等领域向金融、政府、能源、交通、制造、医疗、教育等领域不断延伸,我国已成为云计算应用最具发展潜力的国家。但我国云计算在规模化发展和深层次应用方面还存在服务市场规模较小,服务种类附加值较低;开源技术掌控力尚不足,软硬件产品性能和云服务能力不强;数据中心重复建设和资源浪费现象较为严重;应用和发展环境有待继续优化等问题。应通过加快制定和完善相关法律法规、建立健全云计算应用推广工作机制、优化云计算应用和发展环境、全面提升云计算服务能力、加大云计算服务推广力度等措施推动云计算的应用和发展。
[Abstract]:At present, China's public cloud services continue to grow at a high speed, and the software and hardware technology system covering the cloud computing industry chain has been formed. Cloud computing services have shifted from e-commerce, game video and other fields to finance, government, energy, transportation, manufacturing, medical care, etc. Education and other fields continue to extend, and China has become the most promising country for cloud computing applications. However, there are still some problems in cloud computing in China, such as the small scale of service market, the low added value of service, the insufficient control of open source technology, the weak performance of software and hardware products and the poor capability of cloud service. The problems of data center construction and resource waste are serious, and the application and development environment need to be optimized. We should speed up the formulation and improvement of relevant laws and regulations, establish and improve the cloud computing application promotion mechanism, optimize the cloud computing application and development environment, and comprehensively enhance the cloud computing service capability. Increase cloud computing service promotion and other measures to promote the application and development of cloud computing.
