移动支付创新失效影响因素分析

【摘要】：移动支付作为一个新兴服务业态,其创新面临着非常复杂多变的环境。本文从企业资源及能力和外部系统环境两个方面,构建了移动支付创新失效影响因素的分析框架;以中国移动的近场支付为案例,总结了移动支付创新失效的内外部主要影响因素,指出了影响因素的复杂性和动态性对企业创新决策不同阶段的影响;并在产业发展与政策制定、企业创新管理等方面得到启示。
[Abstract]:Mobile payment as a new service form, its innovation is facing a very complex and changeable environment. In this paper, the analysis framework of the influencing factors of innovation failure of mobile payment is constructed from two aspects of enterprise resources and capability and external system environment, taking the near field payment of China Mobile as an example, This paper summarizes the main internal and external influencing factors of innovation failure of mobile payment, points out the influence of complexity and dynamics of influencing factors on different stages of enterprise innovation decision, and makes policies in industry development and policy making. Enterprise innovation management and other aspects of enlightenment.
