基于技术创新的电信企业核心竞争力的影响因素分析

【摘要】：中国电信企业重组后，中国电信市场呈现三足鼎立局面。三大电信运营商的竞争日益严峻，体现在各个方面，例如企业管理方面、技术创新方面、人力资源方面和企业文化方面等。企业核心竞争力是企业生存发展的重要基石，而技术创新又对企业核心竞争力起着至关重要的影响。纵观世界各大成功企业，要想在激烈的市场竞争中生存下去，必须拥有自己的核心竞争力。而技术创新是构建企业核心竞争力的决定性因素，是核心竞争优势的重要来源。当今社会电信技术突飞猛进，业务和技术更新换代速度加快，电信市场也由传统的语音业务向固定宽带和移动信息交换业务转化。本文将技术创新作为企业核心竞争力的重要因素，通过构建模型和建立指标体系，定性定量的分析了技术创新对企业核心竞争力的影响。在阅读了一些国内外相关资料、参考文献的基础上，对技术创新和核心竞争力的理论基础做了详细介绍。解释了技术创新的类型和模式、核心竞争力基本特征和我国电信企业的基本现状。其次，分析企业核心竞争力影响因素，着重分析基于技术创新的企业核心竞争力，阐述了技术创新影响核心竞争力的传导机制。确定基于技术创新的企业核心竞争力的评价体系指标，，再对各个指标细分出因素指标。利用层次分析法计算出基于技术创新的企业核心竞争力的评价指标的权重，并给出评价标准，判断技术创新对企业核心竞争力的影响大小；结合我国电信企业所处的宏微观环境，指出我国电信技术创新的企业核心竞争力的不足，并针对这些不足提出对策与建议。通过基于技术创新的企业核心竞争力的研究，本文较全面的分析了技术创新与核心竞争力的辩证关系和各因素对其影响力大小，为电信企业加快技术创新和提升核心竞争力提供了参考和借鉴，具有一定的理论意义和现实意义。
[Abstract]:After the reorganization of Chinese telecom enterprises, the Chinese telecommunication market presents a three-sided situation. The competition among the three major telecom operators is increasingly severe, which is reflected in various aspects, such as enterprise management, technological innovation, human resources and corporate culture. The core competence of enterprises is an important cornerstone of the survival and development of enterprises, and technological innovation plays a vital role in the core competitiveness of enterprises. In order to survive in the fierce market competition, every successful enterprise in the world must have its own core competence. Technological innovation is the decisive factor of constructing enterprise's core competence and the important source of core competitive advantage. Nowadays, with the rapid development of telecommunication technology, the upgrading of service and technology is accelerated, and the telecommunication market is transformed from traditional voice service to fixed broadband and mobile information exchange service. This paper regards technological innovation as an important factor of enterprise's core competence, and analyzes the influence of technological innovation on enterprise's core competence qualitatively and quantitatively by constructing model and establishing index system. On the basis of reading some related materials and references at home and abroad, the theoretical basis of technological innovation and core competitiveness is introduced in detail. This paper explains the types and models of technological innovation, the basic characteristics of core competitiveness and the present situation of telecom enterprises in China. Secondly, it analyzes the influencing factors of enterprise's core competence, analyzes the enterprise's core competence based on technological innovation, and expounds the transmission mechanism of technological innovation's influence on the core competence. The evaluation system index of enterprise core competence based on technological innovation is determined, and the factor index is subdivided into each index. The weight of the evaluation index of the enterprise core competence based on technological innovation is calculated by using the analytic hierarchy process, and the evaluation standard is given to judge the influence of the technological innovation on the core competence of the enterprise. Combined with the macro and micro environment of the telecom enterprises in our country, this paper points out the deficiency of the core competitiveness of the enterprises of telecom technology innovation in our country, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions in view of these shortcomings. Through the research on the core competence of enterprises based on technological innovation, this paper comprehensively analyzes the dialectical relationship between technological innovation and core competitiveness and the influence of various factors on it. It provides a reference for telecom enterprises to speed up technological innovation and enhance core competitiveness, which has certain theoretical and practical significance.
