【摘要】：自互联网开始在全球范围内应用推广后,各国、各企业都开始将互联网技术与企业的传统职能结合起来,以实现各管理职能的信息化,如:人力资源信息化、制造信息化、营销信息化和财务信息化等。随着现代企业经济的发展及其所经历的全球市场大变革的风潮,企业的管理职能越来越受到重视,其发展水平的高低对企业的整体经营发展也起着越来越重要的作用,尤其是对于互联网公司这样的高薪技术产业公司,行业内的竞争是十分激烈的,企业只有在管理方面占据竞争优势,才能在激烈的市场竞争中脱颖而出,实现快速发展。其中财务管理作为现代企业管理的重要组成部分,必须引起相关人员的重视,大力加强企业财务管理的信息化建设,是保证企业各项经营业务能够高效开展的关键。所以,在互联网新时代的背景下,加强企业的财务信息化建设将使企业的财务管理目标和公司总体战略目标达到相一致的契合状态,以提高公司的竞争力,促进企业的发展。在现行的互联网背景下,财务信息化是将网络、数据库等新一代信息技术结合起来,通过融合企业财务与业务流程,以期最大限度地实现资源和数据的共享,使相关管理者能够对企业的经济活动和业务活动进行实时的监测和控制,充分发挥会计管理职能的过程。因此建设财务信息化体系不仅可以满足企业自身的功能需要和财务管理需要,还能够推进财务信息化建设与企业整体信息化建设的目标相一致,如此管理者可以通过协调两者之间的步调,推进和完善企业整体管理工作的信息化。这样不仅可以帮助企业提升整体的经营管理能力和综合竞争力,还可以提升企业防范财务风险的意识。众多学者的研究表明,通过运用管理先行的思维方法制定适合企业自身的财务管理体制与流程,可以有效地为财务分析及决策系统提供高质量的财务数据。而该体系的构建需要梳理企业的财务业务流程,并在这些流程上提取数据流,并以此为基础进行业务应用支撑系统的规划,最后再将这些业务流程固化在相应的应用系统上即可。笔者正是在这一理论基础上,对国内外的财务信息化建设方面的文献进行了梳理,并对A公司现有的信息化系统和核心业务流程等进行了较为深入的分析,发现A公司现有财务管理信息化体系所存在的问题,通过运用和借鉴国内外先进的经验,对A公司的财务信息化重建提出了几点建议,希望能帮助A公司改进和完善其财务管理信息化体系,以增强企业的核心竞争力,促进企业的发展。
[Abstract]:Since the Internet began to be applied and popularized in the world, all countries and enterprises have begun to combine Internet technology with the traditional functions of enterprises in order to realize the informationization of various management functions, such as human resources informatization, manufacturing informatization, etc. Marketing information and financial information. With the development of modern enterprise economy and the trend of global market change, more and more attention has been paid to the management function of the enterprise, and the level of its development has played a more and more important role in the overall management and development of the enterprise. Especially for the high-tech companies such as Internet companies, the competition in the industry is very fierce. Only when enterprises occupy a competitive advantage in management, can they stand out in the fierce market competition and achieve rapid development. As an important part of modern enterprise management, financial management must arouse the attention of relevant personnel, and strengthen the information construction of enterprise financial management is the key to ensure the efficient development of various business operations. Therefore, under the background of the new Internet era, strengthening the financial information construction of enterprises will make the financial management objectives of enterprises and the overall strategic objectives of the company to achieve a consistent state, in order to improve the competitiveness of companies and promote the development of enterprises. Under the current Internet background, financial information technology is to combine the network, database and other new generation information technology, through the integration of enterprise finance and business processes, in order to maximize the sharing of resources and data, So that the relevant managers can monitor and control the economic and business activities of the enterprise in real time, and give full play to the process of accounting management function. Therefore, the construction of financial information system can not only meet the functional needs and financial management needs of the enterprise itself, but also promote the financial information construction in line with the objectives of the overall enterprise information construction. So managers can coordinate the pace between the two, to promote and improve the overall management of the enterprise information. In this way, it can not only help enterprises enhance their overall management ability and comprehensive competitiveness, but also enhance their awareness of preventing financial risks. The research of many scholars shows that the financial management system and process suitable for enterprises can be effectively provided with high quality financial data for financial analysis and decision making system by using the thinking method of management first. The construction of this system needs to sort out the financial business processes of the enterprise, and extract the data flow from these processes, and on this basis, carry out the planning of the business application support system. Finally, these business processes can be solidified on the corresponding application system. On the basis of this theory, the author combed the literature on financial information construction at home and abroad, and analyzed the existing information system and core business process of A Company. This paper finds out the problems existing in the current financial management information system of company A, and puts forward some suggestions for the reconstruction of financial information of company A through the application and reference of advanced experience at home and abroad. It is hoped that it can help company A improve and perfect its financial management information system so as to strengthen the core competitiveness of the enterprise and promote the development of the enterprise.
