基于FMC融合网络的数据流量价值提升研究

【摘要】:2012年全球互联网用户约24亿户、智能手机约11亿台,其中 大部分客户通过固定或移动数据业务接入互联网。全球大部分电信运 营商的核心网络已逐步实现IP化。因此,无论是用户接入层面还是 核心网络层面,数据流量已经成为电信产业价值的核心。目前,国内 外专家、学者对于电信产业的客户价值、价值链等理论的研究很多, 但关于数据流量及其价值的理论研究和定量分析当前不很丰富,关于 固定网络、移动网络和FMC融合网络的数据流量价值因素论述不多、 对比分析和量化测算不足,对网络流量价值提升机制的分析也较少。 因此本文基于FMC融合网络分析,从数据流量的着眼点研究价值提升 是一个较新的视角和领域。本文对“FMC融合网络”的概念、特点、关键技术、典型应用和 流量价值进行分析,对固网、移网的数据业务、流量价值、提升机制 进行了研究、量化测算,主要有三点创新:一、构建了FMC网络数据流量价值模型本文参考“客户让渡价值理论”及其它客户价值有关的文献成果, 提出流量价值概念模型,对变量之间的关系提出相应的研究假设。通 过设计、修改、发放和回收调查问卷、收集整理数据及实证分析,建 立了“流量价值”模型。这一模型,突破了传统的电信产业价值模式, 从较新的角度对影响流量的价值组成因素进行建模和细化分析。二、对固定、移动、FMC网络的流量价值进行分析、测算本文结合访谈法、问卷法、系统抽样法、资料分析法对市场调查、 业务资费、运营商现网运行数据进行收集,对固定网络数据业务用户 的行为偏好、用户流量进行了关联分析;对移动网络流量价值和移动 用户的数据使用量进行了回归分析,对FMC融合数据业务产品进行了 流量价值分析。本文创新地提出将收入与流量之比所反映出的平均价 格(元/GB))定义为通信网络“流量价值”,并以此为出发点进行相 关的思考、测算和分析。测算出某基础电信运营商固网平均流量价值 为0.40元/GB, FMC典型应用的流量价值为9.40元/GB,移动网络平 均流量价值为0.69元/MB(均为2011年数据),并分别归纳出其流量 价值测算公式。这应对数据流量价值的具体化研究和分析,提供较新 的思路、可比方法和参考数据。三、提出了FMC网络数据流量价值提升机制本文通过对价值关系、价值创造的分析,提出了“FMC网络流量 价值提升机制”。同时,针对四类典型数据流量业务需求的特点,细 化了流量价值应用模型,对电信运营商的价值策略和定位进行了重点 分析,并提出流量价值提升策略建议。
