【摘要】：提出传统的数字鸿沟正在缩小,新数字鸿沟出现。分析新数字鸿沟产生的原因,介绍其主要几个表现形式,最后从宏观角度给出对策。
[Abstract]:Proposed the traditional digital divide is narrowing, the new digital divide appears. This paper analyzes the causes of the new digital divide, introduces its main manifestations, and finally puts forward the countermeasures from the macro point of view.
