运用互联网与大数据推进产业发展的路径分析——以湖北省为例

【摘要】：目前以移动互联网、大数据、云计算、物联网等为代表的新一代信息通信技术创新活跃,加速向各行业领域渗透并形成新的经济增长点。湖北省正在加紧推进智慧湖北建设,而紧抓互联网与大数据为主要内容的信息技术发展,是抢占新一轮智慧发展战略制高点的关键所在。在立足国内外互联网与大数据推进产业发展态势、总结相关学者研究成果的基础上,以湖北省互联网与大数据推进产业发展为例,指出当前还存在数据共享不足、数据安全风险、缺乏标杆企业、产业链协同不足、关键技术储备不够、信息基础设施滞后等问题,针对上述问题及问题成因,从政策创新、产业发展着力点下、市场环境建设等方面提出有针对性的对策建议。
[Abstract]:At present, the new generation of information and communication technology, such as mobile Internet, big data, cloud computing and Internet of things, is innovating and active, which accelerates the penetration into various industries and forms a new economic growth point. Hubei Province is stepping up the construction of wisdom Hubei, and the development of information technology, which focuses on the Internet and big data, is the key to seize the commanding height of the new round of wisdom development strategy. Based on the development situation of Internet and big data industry at home and abroad, and on the basis of summarizing the research results of relevant scholars, taking Hubei Province Internet and big data as an example, the author points out that there is insufficient data sharing at present. Data security risk, lack of benchmarking enterprises, insufficient coordination of industry chain, insufficient key technology reserve, lag of information infrastructure, etc., in view of the above problems and their causes, from the point of policy innovation and industrial development, Market environment construction and other aspects put forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions.
