【摘要】：进入二十一世纪以来，随着我国经济的高速发展和社会的不断进步，我国整体的政治经济条件都发生了巨大的改变。互联网被广泛应用于政治、经济、文化等领域，对于社会的发展和人类的进步做出了巨大贡献。同时，由于网络的开放性、虚拟性、平等性等特征明显，在其发展过程中也出现了一系列的问题。在这一过程中，互联网及其诚信问题引起了人们持续而深刻的关注，作为社会生活中的一个热门话题，同时作为一个理论研究热点，互联网诚信问题已经成为影响到我国社会主义精神文明的重要课题之一。现阶段，针对网络社会诚信问题的研究，对于我国构建社会主义和谐社会的思想政治教育工作者具有深远的意义，是解放思想的需要，也是与时俱进的需要。我们要认真对待、研究出现的新问题、新局面，唯有这样，我们的思想政治教育才能跟上时代的步伐，，适应时代的需要。本文主要分四部分分析了网络社会的公共诚信问题。第一部从网络社会中的公共诚信的相关概念入手，对其意义进行了初步的分析，通过网络社会、公共诚信的概念阐述层层演进到网络社会公共诚信研究意义上来。第二部分探讨了网络社会对于公共诚信的严峻挑战及引致的问题。主要从网络社会的相关特征出发，分析了对于我国诚信的冲击与影响。而后具体阐述了网络社会公共诚信的问题，包括侵犯他人隐私、网络欺诈、网络“水军”、网络虚假信息、知识产权侵犯等问题。第三部分对网络社会公共诚信问题原因进行了剖析。分别从现实社会网络道德教育的缺失、网络社会活动主体控制力、网络社会制度不健全、网络监控技术不完善等方面进行了具体分析。第四部分分析了网络社会公共诚信问题的相关对策，依照与问题原因相对应的原则，对每一种对策进行了具体阐述和研究，试图找出行之有效的措施来解决网络社会公共诚信问题。总之，现代信息技术革命为人们的生活带来了巨大变化，网络社会已经成为现代社会必不可少的一个组成部分。网络给人们的学习、工作、生活都带来了方便，而且提供了信息共享、平等对话、自由交往、和谐共生的平台和环境，促进了人和社会的全面发展与进步。同时，互联网的快速发展也不可避免地带来了一些问题，网络欺诈、知识产权、网络谣言与虚假信息、隐私权的侵犯等等网络问题已经摆在我们的面前，网络诚信问题成为网络社会亟待解决的一大问题，其是否解决直接决定着互联网的能否健康发展。当前，我们应该多措并举，加强网络道德教育，完善网络法律法规，健全个人诚信体系，优化网络信用环境，促进网络社会的健康发展。
[Abstract]:Since the 21 century, with the rapid development of our economy and social progress, the overall political and economic conditions of our country have undergone tremendous changes. The Internet is widely used in politics, economy, culture and other fields, and has made great contributions to the development of society and human progress. At the same time, due to the open, virtual, equality and other characteristics of the network, there are a series of problems in the process of its development. In this process, the Internet and its integrity issues have attracted people's sustained and profound attention, as a hot topic in social life, as well as a theoretical research hotspot. Internet integrity has become one of the most important issues affecting our socialist spiritual civilization. At the present stage, the study of honesty and credit in the network society is of profound significance to the ideological and political educators of constructing a harmonious socialist society, is the need to emancipate the mind, and is also the need to keep pace with the times. Only in this way can our ideological and political education keep pace with the times and meet the needs of the times. This article mainly divides into four parts to analyze the network society public credit question. The first part starts with the related concepts of public honesty in the network society, and analyzes its significance. Through the network society, the concept of public honesty evolves layer by layer to the significance of the study of public honesty in the network society. The second part discusses the network society to the public integrity of the severe challenges and the resulting problems. This paper analyzes the impact and influence on the integrity of our country from the related characteristics of the network society. Then the paper expounds the problems of public honesty in the network society, including invasion of other people's privacy, network fraud, network "water army", network false information, intellectual property infringement and so on. The third part analyzes the reasons of public honesty in network society. This paper analyzes the lack of network moral education in real society, the control power of network social activities, the imperfect network social system, the imperfect network monitoring technology and so on. The fourth part analyzes the related countermeasures of the network society public credit problem, according to the principle corresponding to the reason of the problem, has carried on the concrete elaboration and the research to each kind of countermeasure. This paper tries to find out effective measures to solve the problem of public honesty in network society. In a word, the revolution of modern information technology has brought great changes to people's lives, and the network society has become an indispensable part of modern society. The network brings convenience to people's study, work and life, and provides the platform and environment of information sharing, equal dialogue, free communication, harmonious symbiosis, and promotes the overall development and progress of people and society. At the same time, the rapid development of the Internet has inevitably brought some problems, such as network fraud, intellectual property rights, network rumors and false information, infringement of privacy, and so on. The problem of network honesty has become a big problem to be solved urgently in the network society. Whether it is solved or not directly determines the healthy development of the Internet. At present, we should strengthen the network moral education, perfect the network laws and regulations, perfect the personal credit system, optimize the network credit environment, and promote the healthy development of the network society.
