非交易类虚拟社区知识共享绩效评估

【摘要】：伴随着信息技术的迅速崛起,虚拟社区得到了飞速发展,逐渐成为用户参与互联网活动的主要形式。而近几年取得快速发展的非交易类虚拟社区,也开始对人们的生活和工作产生重要影响。本文针对参与非交易类虚拟社区的成员为研究对象,在国内外已有虚拟社区和知识共享理论研究的基础上,提出了非交易类虚拟社区知识共享影响因素理论模型,并建立了知识共享绩效评价体系。本文采用统计软件SPSS17.0和AMOS18.0对收集的数据进行了分析,其中应用SPSS对收集的数据进行了描述性统计分析、量表信度和效度分析、相关性分析,应用AMOS对理论模型和研究假设进行了检验。研究表明：在个人维度中,感知自我效能对知识共享有直接的、显著的正向影响；在环境维度中,归属感和信任对知识共享有直接的、显著的正向影响；在社区维度中,网站安全性和知识相似性对知识共享有直接的、显著的正向影响。根据AMOS18.0的研究结论,本文建立了最终的非交易类虚拟社区知识共享绩效评价体系,并对非交易类虚拟社区知识共享绩效进行了评价,结果表明：在本研究中,多数非交易类虚拟社区知识共享水平尚处于较低的阶段,有很高的发展潜力,同时现阶段知识共享水平的提高将会极大地促进非交易类虚拟社区的发展。在此基础上本文设计了控制变量对不同非交易类虚拟社区类型、成员不同参与形式进行了分类研究。研究结果表明：(1)在不同非交易类虚拟社区类型中,知识共享绩效并没有显著的差别。根据知识共享绩效得分显示,幻想社区得分略高于关系社区,关系社区得分略高于兴趣社区,但幻想社区的知识共享质量低于关系社区和兴趣社区。(2)针对成员不同的参与形式,知识共享绩效有显著的差别,在各项因素得分中,主动发起话题的参与者都显著高于其他参与者,是虚拟社区知识共享的主要建设者。
[Abstract]:With the rapid rise of information technology, virtual community has been developed rapidly, and gradually become the main form of users participating in Internet activities. In recent years, the rapid development of non-transactional virtual communities has also begun to have an important impact on people's lives and work. Based on the research of virtual community and knowledge sharing theory at home and abroad, this paper puts forward a theoretical model of influencing factors of knowledge sharing in non-transaction virtual community. The performance evaluation system of knowledge sharing is established. The data collected were analyzed by SPSS 17.0 and Amos 18.0. The data collected were analyzed by SPSS, reliability and validity of the scale, and correlation analysis. Amos is used to test the theoretical model and research hypothesis. The results show that perceived self-efficacy has a direct and significant positive impact on knowledge sharing in the individual dimension; in the environmental dimension, it has a direct and significant positive impact on knowledge sharing; in the community dimension, it has a direct and significant positive impact on knowledge sharing. Website security and knowledge similarity have direct and significant positive effects on knowledge sharing. According to the conclusion of AMOS18.0, this paper establishes the final performance evaluation system of knowledge sharing in non-transactional virtual communities, and evaluates the performance of knowledge sharing in non-transactional virtual communities. The results show that: in this study, The level of knowledge sharing in most non-tradable virtual communities is still at a low stage, which has a high potential for development. At the same time, the improvement of knowledge sharing level at this stage will greatly promote the development of non-transactional virtual communities. On this basis, the control variables are designed to classify different types of non-transactional virtual communities and different participation forms of members. The results show that: (1) there is no significant difference in the performance of knowledge sharing among different types of non-transactional virtual communities. According to the performance score of knowledge sharing, fantasy community scored slightly higher than relational community, and relational community scored slightly higher than interest community, but the quality of knowledge sharing in fantasy community was lower than that in relationship community and interest community. There are significant differences in the performance of knowledge sharing. Among the factors, the participants who initiate the topic actively are significantly higher than the other participants, so they are the main builders of knowledge sharing in virtual community.
