【摘要】:本文立足于企业文化的理论研究与企业文化的实践,从企业文化的定义、企业文化的作用和企业文化的实施三个方面,论述企业文化在企业中对基于传统经济学基础上的企业管理的修正和补偿,试图探索完善社会主义市场经济体制下企业管理的方式和方法,通过企业文化建设,降低企业交易成本,提高企业生产效率,并通过对人的思想观念的影响,改变人与人之间的纯交易关系,建立相互信任,相互帮助的团队文化,促进社会主义和谐社会建设。同时,通过聚焦河北移动创新文化,基于SWOT分析方法对河北移动创新文化进行了研究,分析了河北移动创新文化的外部环境和内部条件,结合企业文化实施的原则,提出了创新文化制度匹配、创新文化传播及创新文化氛围营造策略。
[Abstract]:Based on the theoretical research of corporate culture and the practice of corporate culture, this paper focuses on three aspects: the definition of corporate culture, the role of corporate culture and the implementation of corporate culture. This paper discusses the modification and compensation of enterprise management based on traditional economics in enterprise culture, and attempts to explore the ways and methods of perfecting enterprise management under the socialist market economy system, through the construction of enterprise culture. To reduce the transaction cost and improve the production efficiency of the enterprise, and through the influence on the people's idea, to change the pure transaction relationship between the people, to establish the team culture of mutual trust and help each other, and to promote the construction of the socialist harmonious society. At the same time, by focusing on Hebei mobile innovation culture, based on SWOT analysis method, this paper studies Hebei mobile innovation culture, analyzes the external environment and internal conditions of Hebei mobile innovation culture, and combines the principles of enterprise culture implementation. This paper puts forward the strategies of innovating culture system matching, innovating culture spreading and innovating culture atmosphere.
